  2. UI bug

    illustrator CC 2018 (ver. 22.0.1(64bit) / windows 10 Falls creator

    UI gets 'mangled', rendering it unusable, displays 'eating' each other or disappearing or not appearing, usually starts in 'control' area. Happens after various length of time, no special event triggering it.

  4. CC Libraries will not work

    I have tried a few of the temporary fixes and sometimes it would work but now it is just telling me that Something Went Wrong Initializing Creative Cloud Libraries. I use the libraries every day for work and it is very frustrating to have to open up an old document with the color I need just so I can use it. It will not work no matter what now.

  5. Text and Objects Randomly Rotating

    When I move text or an object, I will always notice they get slightly rotated. It's hard for the eye to see it sometimes, but the guide lines will show that things get slightly rotated sometimes for no reason.

  7. recent screen: thumbnail vs list view

    Since this last CC update, the LIST button does not work on the recent screen when the application first opens. It is stuck in thumbnail view. This affects ALL the adobe software that I use, illustrator, photoshop, indesign, premier.
    Please advise if a fix is in the works.

  8. AIGPUSniffer quit unexpectedly.

    Adobe Illustrator CC 2018

    When trying to open Ai files through Bridge, I get this error:

    'AIGPUSniffer quit unexpectedly.'

    and the file fails to open. I don't experience this issue when opening the same file through finder or through the 'Open' dialog box.

  9. Print menu resets to default when loading Pantone colour book

    Bug - Print menu resets to default when selecting a Pantone colour from any book
    This in turn causes print tiling, page size etc. to disappear. Then have to return to print dialogue and set everything back to A3, page tiling etc.

    Been persisting with this bug for over 6 months, very annoying.

  10. CC 2018 PGN Exporting looking worse than CC 2017

    When using Adobe Illustrator CC 2017 back then, exporting a HUGE resolution, Inked Lineart via File->EXport As->PNG-> High 300 ppi + Art Sampled + Transparent..

    Whenever i open that file on Photoshop CC 2017, the line art looks CRISP, stylish, soft, with no dead pixels like showing off..And Photoshop CC 2017 detects it with a 19kx20k Resolution.

    NOW, when using THE SAME EXPORT SETTINGS but on illus' CC 2018, the exporting looks instant...Oh yeah, great... But when i open it on PSCC2017....The lineart looks VERY THIN, 1px like, with greyed out dead pixels.

    Please do NOT break out what's working…

    Sorry to hear that you are facing this issue. If you want to turn it off, you need to switch to some other tool. Or you can remove it from panel by the flyout menu.

  13. Variable font with Adobe World-Ready Composers

    Variable font dont work with Adobe World-Ready Composers. (Only regular adobe composers) so no variable font on rtl launguage (working perfect on browser)

    I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our release – 23.0 which is available worldwide now.

    Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

  14. Export Text of Keyboard Shortcuts Crashes Illustrator

    After hitting the Export Text... button in the Keyboard Shortcuts dialogue, Illustrator always crashes. Additionally it exports an empty text file.

  15. There are so many bugs my brain is too fried to write them in. I can't do anything. Every two minutes something goes wrong.

    Description says all.

    I have an image with a bounding box that's extremely large (no, there's nothing else in the layers panel).

    I have tried to export an object and was given the option for two different ones, even though there is only one (nope, no hidden duplicates).

    Handles were missing when using direct select tool. Came back randomly for no reason.

    And on and on and on.

    You need to beta these 'updated' products before you encourage those of us who have paying clients and no time for this **** to download a new version.

  16. Recent Files panel within workspace is empty

    Since the last update on PC, opening the Recent Files panel (Ctrl+O), while a document is open, opens the panel but does not show any of my recent files. It doesn't even show the "Create new" or "Open" options. I went back to the previous version and it works there, so that leads me to believe it has to do with the latest update.

  17. Adding assets to Asset Export

    Illustrator 2018 is not letting me create a single asset from ungrouped layers. In the previews version the functionality was simple, you just select as many ungrouped layers and it would create a single asset.

    Hi Paul,

    You can create single asset from un-groupped layers by holding Opt/Alt key while adding the asset.

    This is intended change in behaviour in Illustrator 2018, creating multiple assets in a single add operation was not possible earlier.

  19. Error

    Both Illustrator and the CC Desktop agent/app were pretty buggy last days and after reïnstalling the CC Desktop app and updating Illustrator to the latest version and I get this prompt:

  20. Sizing Glitch

    I have updated my Photoshop and Illustrator programs but when I boot them up to see the home screen where I would like to see "new" "open" and previous projects, I am greeted by a glitched window that, no matter what size I try to make it, will always fail to work. I have tried countless times and have only run into this problem with the new update. at first I had thought it was an issue with my monitor but soon realized that even with two different monitors hooked up (including the computer one) I get a glitched window…
