  1. Clipping compound shape doesn't have edges drawn

    When a compound shape (not a compound path, but a live result of any Pathfinder operation) is used as a clipping mask, Illustrator does not display edges for the resulting objects.

    1. View > Hide Bounding Box (for clarity, to see the issue better)
    2. Draw anything
    3. Create two intersecting rectangles
    4. Select these two rectangles, hold Alt and click Unite in Pathfinder panel to get a live compound shape
    5. Select both the compound shape and the art below
    6. Object > Clipping Mask > Make

  2. Can't use "View using GPU"

  3. Align to Selection & Align to Key Object not working

    Mac OS Ventura 13.0.1
    Illustrator 27.0.1 & Illustrator 26.5.2

    I am not able to select 'Align to Selection' nor 'Align to Key Object' in either the Properties panel or the Align panel. It seems stuck on 'Align to Artboard' whenever I select specific objects.

  4. PMS LAB swatch in Library changes to CMYK when used

    I’m having issues with my Pantone swatch in Adobe Illustrator’s Library. The swatch is saved to the Library with LAB settings, but when I select it it converts to CMYK forcing me to change it back to LAB and reenter the values every time I use it. I have hundreds of files that need Pantone colors which makes it a waste of valuable time. Also, I’m using Illustrator 2023 (27.3.1) and Mac OS (10.15.7).

  6. ツールウィンドウが消える

    Macでイラレ、フォトショ、インデザを使用しています。
    バージョンが新しくなってから起動するたびにワークスペースに表示しているツールのウィンドウが消えます。ワークスペースを保存していますが、一度別のに切り替えてから自分用のスペースを読みこないと戻ってきません。面倒くさくて仕方ないので修正してください。

  7. Auswahlwerkzeug reagiert verzögert

    MacBook Pro M1 2021, 16GB MacOS Ventura 13.2.1
    Illustrator 2023

    Ich habe gerade erst begonnen mit Adobe Illustrator zu arbeiten und bin auf ein sehr nerviges Problem gestossen.

    Das Auswahlwerkzeug reagiert jedoch verzögert, teilweise mehrere Sekunden. Selbst bei ganz banalen Objekten wie einem Rechteck. Wenn ich ein Objekt nur Auswählen möchte, und ich den Cursor nach dem Klicken entferne, verschiebt es sich nach einer kleinen Verzögerung. Wenn ich ein Objekt verschieben möchte, muss ich erst die Verzögerung abwarten, bis es an meinem Cursor "klebt".

    Alle anderen Funktionen laufen flüssig ab.

  8. Textrahmen verkettet sich beim Bewegen

    Betriebsystem: macOS Monterey 12.6.3
    Illustrator Version: 27.2

    Mir ist leider noch unklar welche Schritte genau zu dem Problem führen.
    Ich arbeite aktuell in großen Arbeitsflächen.

    Manchmal wenn ich Texte verschieben möchte, lassen diese sich nicht verschieben, sondern verketten sich einfach mit dem obersten rechten Punkt der Arbeitsfläche. Sie lassen sich dann gar nicht mehr verschieben.

    Cmd-Z löst das problem nur kurzweilig - manchmal auch gar nicht. Dann bleibt die Verkettung bestehen, während sich andere vor der Verkettung stattgefundene Schritte Rückgängig machen.
    Wenn ich Illustrator beende und neu starte, ist der Fehler für einige Zeit wieder behoben.

  10. Gradient on a path bug (copy and paste coverts path to outline path)_Ongoing issue!

    Illustrator expands path on a line to an outline path when copy and pasting. See video below. Using latest version on Illustrator on Mac OS Ventura (latest update) on M1 iMac.

  12. Cannot save Illustrator file to Dropbox but can save to Desktop on Mac OS Monterey

    I am running Mac OS X Monterey (12.6.5) and Illustrator 2023 on an Intel Mac (Mac Pro 2014). Unusual bug: when I try to save an .ai file to the Desktop, no problem. However, when I try to save to a Dropbox folder, I get a message that I do not have access privileges and I get the -5000 code. I can first save to the Desktop and then drag to the Dropbox folder When I try to do the same in Adobe Photoshop: no problem, so it appears to be an Illustrator-specific issue.   13. CMYKのパラメータで触ったもの以外が勝手に0％になる。

    Ver. 27.1.1
    CMYKの異なるオブジェクトを選択後、CMYKのいずれかを同じ数値にしようとすると、選択したもの以外のパラメーターが全て0％に変更されてしまう。
    以前はそのようなことはなく、選択したもの以外のパラメーターはキープされていた。
    例えば、C:10,M:20,Y:30:K40とC50:M:60,Y:70,K:80の2つのオブジェクトを選択し、両方のYの値を90に同時に変更しようとした場合、CMKの3つの数値はキープされず勝手に0に変わってしまう。

  16. Keyboard input in Properties Panel, Character section failure

    Keyboard input in the Properties Panel will frequently stop working for me, and the only way to fix it is to restart the application. It's not a huge issue but it is quite irritating as I need to restart illustrator up to six times per hour to fix this.
    In detail: keyboard input for character related dimensions will stop working. I am still able to delete input, but cannot add input using the keyboard (the delete key is the only key being registered by Illustrator in the Properties Panel). For example, if my text is set to 35pt font, I…

  17. AI打開缺字體文件卡死界面問題，只能任務管理器強制關閉。

    有bug的AI版本，ai2022 ai2023都有问题。ai2021没这个问题。
    问题描述：
    1. 缺字体的pdf文件，只要右键打开方式用ai2022 2023打开，进到界面弹出缺字体提示，大概率整个AI卡死。
    2. 先打开ai2022 2023界面，缺字体的pdf文件选择右键打开方式选择ai2022 2023，弹出缺字体提示，超高概率整个AI卡死。

  18. ドロップシャドウの一部だけが解像度が低い

    macOS Catalina (Ver. 10.15.7)
    Illustrator 2021
    ラスタライズ効果設定の解像度が「350ppi」に設定されている状態で、複数箇所でドロップシャドウを使用しているファイルがあり、作業前はすべてのドロップシャドウが正しい350ppiの状態（表示）だったが、編集作業終了時に1箇所だけドロップシャドウの表示が、72ppi程度の解像度に変わっていた。
    色々と動作検証をしてみましたが同様の状態にできず、原因不明です。
    低解像度のドロップシャドウ部分は表示のみではなく出力した際も低解像度のままとなっており、ドロップシャドウ部分に変更を加えたり、コピペしたりすると正しい表示に戻るようです。

  19. Schwarze Rechtecke statt eingefügter Bilder / Placed images turn black

    Die meissten der eingebetteten Bilder (tifs und pngs) werden plötzlich nur noch als schwarze Rechtecke dargestellt.
    Keine Problemlösung nach Neustart.
    Da es sich um mehr als 50 Bilder handelt wäre ein neu einrichten aller Bilddateien eine Mammut-Aufgabe.

  20. Keyboard shortcut for "Navigate to Next Document" stopped working on MacOS

    With the latest update to Illustrator 27.2, I've found the "Navigate to Next Document" keyboard shortcut to have stopped working. I have checked the Keyboard Shortcuts tool and verified that it remains as "Illustrator Defaults" and it is set to ⌘`. In fact none of the related shortcuts work.

    To be sure, I've tried a different keyboard with the same result and the shortcut does continue to work in other applications (as it is the default shortcut on macOS to cycle around documents.)
