1. Importing a PDF file saved from CAD shows a fault message

   When opening a flowchart in Illustrator, a PDF file saved from a CAD, I get a fault message saying 'There are fonts in the document that are not installed on the computer'.

   This is a new fault that came up last week, been using PDF files for a year and it have never been a problem until now.

   Is there something i can do about it?
   Due to confidentiality, I unfortunately cannot upload images on my work.

3. Remplacement de police sans avertissement

   Bonjour, aujourd'hui j'ai réouvert un fichier .ai et sans avertissement une des polices, pourtant déjà installée (et pas d'Adobe fonts) a été tout simplement remplacée par de la Myriad pro.
   Sans alerte, sans notification. Le seul indice à part l'apparence visuelle absolument différente, a été que j'ai documenté en écrivant en toutes lettres le nom de la police utilisée dans ma créa.
   Ca ne donne vraiment pas confiance.
   Windows 11 pro Version 25H2 - Illustrator version 30.3 (64bits)

4. フォントアクティベートがイラレで反映されない

   AdobeCCから新規フォントをアクティベートONをしても、イラレの方では反映されません。
   また、イラレのフォントパネルから検索→クラウドからインストールする場合は永遠と読み込み中になり、少し時間が経つと読み込みもなくなってしまいます。

   ・AdobeCCの再インストール→再起動
   ・AdobeCCでのフォント無効化　ON/OFF
   ・イラレ側でのフォント自動アクティベート外す
   ・フォントのキャッシュ削除

   など試みましたが改善無しです。
   必要なフォントが使用できずかなり困っています。

6. Radial gradient Annotator's centre point not aligned to object centres

   Windows 10, all updated.
   Illustrator 30.3 64-bit

   ---

   The end point of the 'Gradient Annotator' marking the centre of a radial gradient should, I think, be placed on the centre of an object. But there is a rather big offset (image 'gradient-align.png'), which makes it tricky to position the gradient to, for instance, the bottom of an object.
   The centre is not really the centre but is rather to the right of the centre point. It is weird.

   Ideally, it would be at the centre so the 'Gradient Annotator' could be perfectly placed at the centre if the bar was moved down ('gradient-moved.png').

   Windows 10, all updated.
   Illustrator 30.3 64-bit

7. Swatch Panel is not adjustable

   Since the new update, the Swatch panel cannot be adjusted and so I cannot have all of my panels open at the same time now. If I expand the color panel, I have to sacrifice another panel to be shrunk. I used to be able to take away the empty space under the swatch area which gave more room for the other panels to be open.

   Win 11 and current vs of AI.

8. Eyedropper - Alt Clicking Text to Text Doesn't Apply Stylings

   Windows 10 Pro 22H2 19045.6456
   Illustrator 30.4 (64-bit)

   When text object 1 is selected, using the Eyedropper tool and holding Alt to left click onto text object 2 (to apply the font style color paragraph style etc.), doesn't apply the stylings of text object 1 at all.

   It does 1 of 2 things I found:
   1) it's applying the text stylings of whatever current text settings are visible from the Character panel plus it will also apply no fill/stroke color to the text.
   2) it will literally do nothing and no change happens, no matter how much you spam alt left click onto text object 2.

   I've opened new .ai files to test and it keeps happening.

   Yes I've checked eyedropper settings and all the boxes are enabled.

9. DXF import size issue 2026 that works in 2024

   Opening DXF in latest version 2026 at original size or 1:1 does not work, results are close but not exact. Works fine in version 2024. However, if saved as a PDF from 2024 with accurate sizes, when opened in version 2026 the size is not accurate, a few thousands off. Have many files that were created using 2024 and if I need to make adjustments for any reason opening in 2026 will result in size issues.
   Windows 10 64 gb ram.

10. Rotating circle object stops visually showing at certain angles

    After a certain threshold, circle shaped objects seem to not want to visually show rotation using the corner tool. This only seems to be a problem on ellipses as all other shape types seem to not have the issue.

    The shapes still rotate, but they seem to not show after some random amount of rotation. Using ver 30.4. I know the screenshot sucks, but let me know if you need a video or anything else to help

11. Illustrator on iPad crashes

    J'ai un Ipad 9ème Génération version 26.4.2 , quand j'essaye d'ouvrir un fichier qu'il soit existant ou nouveau Illustrator crash. Sur mon PC le logiciel fonctionne correctement tant dis que photoshop et les autres logiciels de la suite adobe fonctionne également sur la tablette. Ce n'est pas la première fois que ce bug arrive. Quelqu'un aurait une solution ? Merci

12. Artboard Names Not Showing

    A bulk of the artboards are showing the names, but several only show the number. Upon double clicking the artboard title, it appears only 1 character is visible at a time, but the artboard is indeed properly titled.

    Illustrator CC 30.3 on AppleM2 Pro Mac Mini.

13. Always crashes upon clicking All Formats (*.AI; *.AIT;...) button in the Open File dialogue box

    Any time I try to open a file and ACCIDENTALLY hit the button All Formats, Illustrator freezes and stops responding. I have to close the program. This issue has been consistent across multiple versions and 2 computers, and happens every single time.

    "Exportar para Telas" não mantém o caminho de destino da pasta de origem do arquivo

    Em versões anteriores do Illustrator (até a 24.1.3), o diálogo "Exportar para Telas" usava automaticamente a pasta do arquivo .ai como destino padrão de exportação, e lembrava o caminho entre sessões. Esse comportamento foi alterado em alguma atualização posterior e, desde então, o caminho de exportação é resetado toda vez que o Illustrator é reiniciado.

    Embora a correção tenha sido anunciada no Beta 29.5.52 (março de 2025), o comportamento ainda não está funcionando de forma consistente na versão de release geral.

    Comportamento esperado: ao reabrir o Illustrator e usar "Exportar para Telas", o caminho de destino deveria ser mantido — preferencialmente o mesmo da última exportação ou, como padrão, a pasta onde o arquivo .ai está salvo.

    Comportamento atual: o caminho de exportação é resetado a cada reinicialização do aplicativo, obrigando o usuário a navegar manualmente até a pasta de destino em toda nova sessão.

    Essa é uma funcionalidade básica que impacta diretamente a produtividade no dia a dia. Solicito que a correção seja consolidada e entregue de forma estável na versão de release geral o quanto antes.

15. Version 30.3 Simulate Colored Paper causes white fill to render transparent and objects off the artboard dimmed

    Revert to how it was before the latest update — where white filled objects appear white on screen and objects on the pasteboard look normal when using "simulate colored paper"

    (this happened on macOS Tahoe 26.4.1)

16. Palette Redéfinir les couleurs qui se ferme toute seule au moindre clic

    Bonjour. J'ai ce soucis depuis un moment.
    Lorsque j'ouvre la palette de modification de couleur ''Redéfinir les couleurs'' qui se trouve dans Edition/Modification des couleurs/Redéfinir les couleurs de l'illustration... dès lors que je clique sur les cercles pour les déplacer et changer la couleur, la palette disparaît. J'ai beau recommencer, dès que je touche les cercles, la palette se ferme. Impossible donc de changer les couleurs de l'illustration.
    La video en pièce jointe est très explicite.

    Si vous avez une solution, je suis preneur.

18. Slow launch time

    Latest GM and Beta versions of Illustrator take far too long to launch from cold. Currently taking 15+ seconds to launch on an M2 Pro, whereas 12 months ago it was taking 3-4 seconds. Photoshop and InDesign launch faster, Acrobat Pro launches faster. This needs fixing ASAP please.

19. Not working GPU - not active on MAC Studio M2 Ultra

    I have a problem with GPU display on my MAC Studio 2023 M2 Ultra with MAC OS 26.4.1 TAHOE.

    • when I turn off or on the ruler display, the screen flashes black and the Display with GPU function is deactivated.
    • the same situation occurs when I have a grouped object, when I want to Edit it. The screen flashes black and the GPU does not work.

    It has been doing this since Illustrator version 30.3 after the MAC OS update to 26.4.1. I have to close the application and after reopening it, the GPU is active! But just hide the ruler, or edit a grouped object, or objects with a selected mask, the same thing happens.

    It can't be worked on !!

20. Severe selection lag on direct click (Marquee selection works fine) - Illustrator 30.3 - macOS Tahoe (M4)

    Hi everyone,

    I am experiencing a critical issue that is completely breaking my workflow in Adobe Illustrator, and I suspect it might be a specific bug in the latest version or a compatibility issue with the new hardware/OS.

    The Problem:
    Whenever I try to select any element by clicking directly on it, the program takes a long time to react, select the object, and display the bounding box (the resizing and rotation handles). This delay makes it impossible to work efficiently or even copy/paste quickly.

    The strange part is that if I select the object by dragging the cursor (marquee/area selection), the response is immediate and works perfectly. The lag only happens with a direct click on the object.

    My Suspicions:
    Given that my hardware is very powerful, I suspect the bottleneck is related to the rendering of the new rotation properties on the bounding box or the background calculations of the Generative AI Contextual Taskbar that trigger upon selection.

    My System Specs:

    Computer: Mac mini (2024)

    Chip: Apple M4

    Memory: 24 GB RAM

    OS: macOS Tahoe 26.4.1

    Illustrator Version: 30.3

    What I have already tried (without success):
    To save time, here is a list of everything I have already tested, and none of these solved the issue:

    Disabling GPU Performance.

    Disabling Smart Guides (Cmd + U).

    Hiding the Contextual Taskbar.

    Adjusting Selection Tolerance and disabling "Object Selection by Path Only".

    Closing the Properties Panel while working.

    Hiding the Bounding Box (Cmd + Shift + B).

    Resetting Illustrator Preferences to factory defaults.

    I am attaching a video where you can clearly see the difference between the slow selection (direct click) and the fast response (marquee selection).

    Is anyone else using an M4 chip or macOS Tahoe experiencing this selection bug? Any help or workaround would be greatly appreciated.
