  1. クラッシュ多過ぎ仕事にならない。

    2025にしてから、頻繁にクラッシュするようになり、おっかなくって仕事になりません。かならず強制終了してしまうので、2024を再度インストールして使ってみましたが、こちらまでクラッシュするようになり八方塞がりです。生成AIばっかり注力せずに、まともなアプリに戻してください。

  2. Libraries loading time ver 29.3

    Since update to 29.3 Libraries panel takes a bit of time to load, this was not an issue before as it was always available instantly when needed, now at start up it take about 30sec to load and once its loaded an you scroll down it rest still have to load, same as when scrolling back up.

  3. Relink or place menus not showing recent files since macOS 15.2 Sequoia update

    Since updating to macOS Sequoia 15.2, when you go to place something or relink an image, the window does not show recent paths any more, it defaults to the Documents folder.

  4. Pencil Tool not performing accurately

    Pencil tool not performing accurately. Continued issue after updating to the 2025 version of Illustrator. Despite tinkering with pencil tool options, the shape will continue to skew compared to what I am drawing. Fidelity is on its most "accurate" setting.

  5. 画像が粗くなる

    A4見開き、A3のアートボードを10個1ファイルで作成したデータをPDFを含んで保存してIndesignに貼り付けA4・20ページでPDF書き出ししたところ一部の画像が何故か粗くなってしまいました。
    アートボードを分割して保存すれば大丈夫でしたがいまいち原因がわかりません。
    また以前に同じ作業をしましたがその時はアートボードを分割しなくとも大丈夫でした。
    今回このようなことが起きた詳しい原因が知りたいです。

  6. Entering a range value in PDF Import Options dialog doesn’t enable the range option

    Recently Illustrator added an option to import a previewed page from PDF Import Options dialog.

    However, when we enter a range value in the input field below, we expect the Range field to get activated, and get the range imported. Illustrator doesn’t do it, and we get the previewed page imported instead, ignoring the entered data.

    So now this dialog is broken the other way.

    What’s interesting — InDesign does not allow to enter the range value unless we pick the option... and this is a shared behavior actually, Ai indeed disables secondary controls for a disabled option — we…

  7. Two finger mac trackpad zooming instead of panning randomly

    When panning with two fingers trackpad on mac, it sometimes zooms in randomly instead of panning. Not sure what the issue is because it does not happen in other apps with trackpad pan/zoom feature.

  8. Curvature Tool hotkey Shift+` (shown as Shift+~) doesn’t work with Russian keyboard input

    Ai team believes everyone uses English it feels like.
    Backtick is reported to fail to work often, but here it’s even more convoluted.
    In Russian, the key that houses backtick (`) and the tilde (~, with Shift held) types Cyrillic 'ё' and its capital from 'Ё' respectively.

    If I map Curvature Tool to just backtick — it works.
    But with Shift added, like Ai offers by default — nope.

  9. clipping mask on an image and vector

    in Illustrator when I use the clipping mask tool on an image with a vector with a gradient, so that the image has an effect of opacity of the image towards transparent, and I press g to edit the location of the gradient color, when I return With the selection tool, all the other contents that I have in the workspace are blocked and I cannot unlock or move them, I have to undo the movement of the gradient so that everything returns to normal, but I still need to do the function of the degraded.

  10. Rectangle and shape feature only has pixels as measurement even though Inches is selected in Preferences.

    I've updated to the latest Illustrator and old versions and new versions have this same issue. When creating a rectangle or shape, it only allows pixels instead of inches even though my preferences for units is selected for INCHES. This is absolutely annoying as I can 't even put in a size for printing like a business card or letter because it only wants pixels for measurements. I've been an Illustrator user for over 30 years and this bug is huge that apparently is not being addressed in previous releases.

  13. Exported image changes part of its name to the older artboard’s name

    When renaming artboards prior to export to PNG, the first artboard name change applies but in export its name appears old (as it was before renaming). And it only affects 1 artboard.

  14. Illustrator 2025 file content missing when made in illustrator 2024

    When opening a .ai file made in illustrator 2024 into illustrator 2025 all contents seem to be missing, file can be reopened in illustrator 2024 displaying all editable content, however.

  15. Eyedropper set to pickup character style and color, changes text color.

    Can anyone please explain why this happens? It has bugged me for a long time. I have the eyedropper clearly set to pickup the color as well as character style. It always reverts to black.

  16. Recovery opens Print.ai document profile instead of restoring a document after crash

    This has happened twice in the past few days, the first time Illustrator unexpectedly crashed and just now it froze and I had to force quit the program. Both times, when I reopen Illustrator it tells me it's recovered my file(s), shows the correct document name (like Untitled-3, etc) and I press OK. It then pulls up a document called Print.ai which is just a blank artboard, maybe something I made in the past and didn't use? I go to the folder on my computer where the recovered files are supposed to go, it will say the folder has been…

    Elizabeth, the team suspects that can be triggered by moving the original file to another folder while it’s still opened.

    Then, if Ai crashes, if can’t properly locate it and it leads to this exact problem.

    Does it sound like something that could have been the case?

  18. Adobe Illustrator recovered files... but they're not showing up, anywhere.

    Adobe Illustrator recovered files... but there not showing up. And not in a Temp Folder. I tried restarting the app and it says that it was recovered. But when pressed ok nothing shows up.

  20. The operation cannot complete because of an unknown error [!IMP]

    I keep getting this error every time a move a polygon or anything on the canvas. It's ground me to a halt. PLEASE FIX!
