GPU se desactiva perdiendo los perfiles de color en pantalla y tampoco permite ver Ajustes de Prueba ni Colores de Prueba
Sin motivo al parecer se cambiaron los colores de los PSD linkeados perdiendo los perfiles de color. Se cambió a CPU y no puedo volver a GPU porque aparece en gris, al igual que Ajustes de Prueba ni Colores de Prueba. Al ir al Menú Edición/Ajustes de Color aparece "Emular Adobe Illustrator 6.0". Reinicio Illustrator y al abrir cualquier documento elimina los perfiles incrustados en él.

Art board non stop sliding to the right
I use the latest version of the Illustrator on Windows and this bug appeared recently. (After I started to use Illustrator on my iPad and sync my documents with the cloud )
When I open a new or existing document, the art board starts moving to the right and I’m unable to stop it. I reinstalled the app and restarted my laptop and still the same happening. Please help!2 votes -
Illustrator 2020 (25.0) Crashes Macbook Pro 2017
The first time I opened Illustrator 25 it crashed my MBP before it finished opening. Then my laptop wouldn't start again easily. After I unplugged all of my USB-C cables it would start. I tried AI again but it crashed my system right after AI opened. I couldn't restart again for a while until I unplugged all the cables. Third time I restarted I haven't opened AI and no problems yet so I'm fairly confident it's related.

Relink more than one graphics or images in a batch to a graphic or image in cc libraries in one go.

Stroke using touchscreen appears black until I lift pen
I'm using Illustrator 25.2.1 (latest version) with a Surface Studio 2 (latest firmware, latest Windows update as of April 3, 2021.) Using the Paintbrush tool, with either a fixed or pressure calligraphic brush, when I draw a path with my mouse, the path is drawn showing the correct/expected stroke color (such as yellow) as I draw. However when I use the Microsoft Pen to draw on the touchscreen, the stroke is drawn in black until I lift the pen -- at which time it changes to the expected stroke color (i.e. yellow.)

Smart Guides snaps to document origin
iMac 5K 2019, OS X 10.16
3.6 GHz 8-Core i9
32 GB DDR4Illustrator 25.1
Moving an item or group while working outside of artboard causes snapping effect where group snaps to bottom left corner of artboard instead of moving smoothly from original position. This occurs when Smart Guides are turned on. Turning off Smart Guides seems to return to expected behaviour.

I just bought the new Mac Book Air and I’m desperatly trying to copy-paste elements from Illustrator to Keynote and it’s not working. I never had this problem before doing that.

Su PC, una volta entrati in "visualizza contorno" esce dalla modalità GPU e non si riesce più ad attivarla a meno di chiudere ed aprire un nuovo documento.

AIX file opens as blank white square
Working in Windows 10 Pro and Adobe Illustrator 24.3
Hi, I've recently run into the issue of not being able to open AIX files in illustrator despite having logged in to ArcGIS Online. Now, when I open an AIX file I'm just given a blank white square without any of my layers. I haven't had this issue before, so I'm wondering what is causing it. Any help would be appreciated. File I'm trying to open is attached as well as a screen grab of what I'm seeing when I try to open it.

ð (eth) and Ð (Eth) glyphs not recognised as the same character
The glyphs ð (eth) and Ð (Eth) are lower and upper case of the Icelandic character eth. Illustrator has no problems working with them, except when you need to change the case, whether you do that by Type->Change Case or by changing the character attribute to All caps (or small caps for that matter).
This is a recurring bug in Illustrator, which has been fixed at least twice before, but somehow creeps in a few versions later. I suspect some legacy code in the internal text engine, which does not reflect the relationship between the two characters.

UI Glitches, but can still edit and save project
Sometimes when I'm working the UI in illustrator CC 2021 will glitch out and cease to work. However, keyboard shortcuts & saving the file still works. Usually when this happens I just save, close and re-open my file and it goes away, but it can be annoying.
I'm running the most recent version of illustrator with a Ryzen 5 3600X, 16gb of ram, and a GTX 1660 Super graphics Card.

Buffer memory glitch
I have iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2019) running the latest BigSur 11.1, Illustrator the latest version 25.1. For the last year or so I was upset by glitches while working with complex shapes. In recent weeks it became so severe as to stop my work completely. Whenever I copy an object, especially several objects, it immediately pastes a text block with gibberish. I turned off "including SVG code" in clipboard handling option yesterday and it helped for some time, now it came back with full force.

TEXT TOOL NOT WORKING - WEIRD SHAPES APPEAR
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Same issue remains
I create a text box and it looks like a barcode, kind of. I can't type anything. If I type, the weird barcode thing disappears and no works appear. If I type a lot of random characters and enlarge it and unselect the box it gets weirder, it just become a giant jagged blob. I can't explain it any better than that. Extremely annoying.

If computer or illustrator crashes, when reopening recovered files all linked images are missing.
If illustrator crashes or computer crashes when reopening illustrator, the linked files are all missing. A dialogue box says something like "Can't find missing file "." . . " as it would normally do if a linked file was moved out of the original folder. However, rather than the original filename showing between the "speech marks" all you get is a full stop/period "." and all linked files are missing. If you save the file that file then it will always have the items missing and there is now indication of what the file is in the linked files panel…

Illustrator ignores the names of directory aliases in the Library button of the Graphic Styles palette.
Man this is a super fiddly bug and it is gonna slide right down the bottom of the priority pile given that most of your resources are currently tied up in "rewrite this whole codebase from scratch for iOS" but hey. It's a tiny little one and maybe it's an easy one to slip into someone's queue for when they need a break from that.
Anyway. So I'm on OSX, and I still prefer to manage my style/brush/symbol/etc libraries by using the computer's filesystem instead of trying to figure out the Libraries palette.

Changing size when creating a new doc
There is a small bug that has been introduced into Adobe illustrator a few versions ago that hasn't been corrected. I simply want to make you aware of it so that the development team can take a look. When creating a new file and entering in the dimensions, the dimension values can't be 'selected and deleted'. They don't highlight so you can't select and delete them like you can any other value box in illustrator. You have to click into them, then hit the backspace. It's minor but annoying that they don't work the same way as everything else.

Tool palettes on 2nd screen don't always act on the current file
I keep my main screen clear by putting option palettes on my second screen, which mostly works perfectly. However, if I have another document open on that second screen, some commands get applied that second-screen document instead of the one I'm currently working on the main screen.
To recreate this: On a 2-screen setup open a document on each screen, working in a document on screen 1 while the Layers Palette is on screen 2 out of the way.
Click the eye symbol to hide a layer and it affects the live document on screen 1, as you'd expect.

Embedded Grayscale image in RGB document becomes transparent in PDF
Embed a grayscale image in an RGB document.
Save as PDF with the Default options.
The image becomes transparent.

Allow to isolate a compound path when only a part of it is selected
Since we can't isolate components of compound path and shapes it is strange that Ai won't isolate a whole compound path/shape when you select only a part of it.
Try this:
1. Create compounds path/shape — like a torus
2. Use Direct/Group Selection tool to select only the inner circle if your torus
3. The 'Isolate Selected Object' button won't appear on the Control panel and the assigned hotkey won't do anything.This should be fixed. Ai should allow to isolate a compound path/shape when you select a part of it.
