Variable font with Adobe World-Ready Composers Variable font dont work with Adobe World-Ready Composers. (Only regular adobe composers) so no variable font on rtl launguage (working perfect on browser)
1 voteI am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our release – 23.0 which is available worldwide now.
Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

Export Text of Keyboard Shortcuts Crashes Illustrator After hitting the Export Text... button in the Keyboard Shortcuts dialogue, Illustrator always crashes. Additionally it exports an empty text file.

There are so many bugs my brain is too fried to write them in. I can't do anything. Every two minutes something goes wrong. Description says all.
I have an image with a bounding box that's extremely large (no, there's nothing else in the layers panel).
I have tried to export an object and was given the option for two different ones, even though there is only one (nope, no hidden duplicates).
Handles were missing when using direct select tool. Came back randomly for no reason.
And on and on and on.
You need to beta these 'updated' products before you encourage those of us who have paying clients and no time for this **** to download a new version.
I'm always excited for…

Layers Window Twirl Down Icon Issue I only know of this occurring on the latest version of Adobe Illustrator CC 2017 for Windows 8.1. In the Layers Windows, there's a very slight graphical bug. A locked group within another locked group is expanded to show what it contains by pressing the sideways "V" shaped arrow to the group's left side. As expected, the arrow plays its animation of rotating into the downward "V" shape and expanding the group. However, when the locked group is compressed down again, the button to expand the group disappears and is unclickable until clicking off to another item in the Layers…

Recent Files panel within workspace is empty Since the last update on PC, opening the Recent Files panel (Ctrl+O), while a document is open, opens the panel but does not show any of my recent files. It doesn't even show the "Create new" or "Open" options. I went back to the previous version and it works there, so that leads me to believe it has to do with the latest update.

Error Both Illustrator and the CC Desktop agent/app were pretty buggy last days and after reïnstalling the CC Desktop app and updating Illustrator to the latest version and I get this prompt:

Sizing Glitch I have updated my Photoshop and Illustrator programs but when I boot them up to see the home screen where I would like to see "new" "open" and previous projects, I am greeted by a glitched window that, no matter what size I try to make it, will always fail to work. Pasting non english text from Word v. 22.0.0
iMac 2017 High SierraPasting some Russian or Chinese text from word, in my case, and then trying to change the font, collapses the font samples popup menu so I am unable to do it.
I figured it was some formatting the text had from the word file because the same scenario but with unformatted text from TextEdit app, didn't trigger the bug.
Still it is very frustrating having to copy my texts to TextEdit first!

Illustrator CC/Windows- When selecting multiple type boxes and lines it randomly deselects the group. When trying to align un-grouped lines and text boxes, it will deselect before I am able to move anything. I've updated to the most current version available (21.0.2) and reset preferences and am still having the same issue.

different line thickness for rotated and unroted objects I combined 2 horizontal bars with one vertical bar in the middle, resembling the Latin 'I'. Bar thickness was 7pix. In fields of many of these objects the unrotated I's look like having thicker bars compared to the rotated, there the bars are slim. Aliasing errors?

Bitmaps not coping over from Ai to Xd in version 2018, had to revert to 2017. Fix version 2018 to also copy bitmaps with vector art in Ai and past it directly in Xd, as with version 2017.

Copying and Pasting Text from a Word Doc instantly crashes Illustrator I'm using the latest version of Adobe Illustrator on Windows 10. After my first crash, I re-opened Illustrator and created a new document. Before doing anything else, I switched over to the .docx file I had open in WPS Writer and copied some of the text that was there to my Clipboard. Once I switched back to Illustrator, clicked on the artboard and pressed Ctrl+V, Illustrator immediately stops responding and crashes.

Dell Canvas Pen Dysfunction I've had pretty consistent issues getting the Dell Canvas and Illustrator to play nice with each other, and it's gotten totally out of control with version 2018. Although some pen functionality has improved, there's one bizarre roadblock... there's a good 7 second delay when selecting objects with the selection tool (which can be cut short by moving the mouse). Using my finger directly on the touch screen works fine, but the pen is almost unusable for this reason.

Vector Shapes Arent Sharp on Hp Envy, But are On iMac Im working from a HP Envy x360 i7 laptop. My vector shapes are very blurred around its edges, but when I load the document on a iMac computer they are sharp. Any idea what the issue could be?

AI 18 won't launch I upgraded to the new AI18 from CC and it fails to launch on startup. It fails at the point it is initializing the plug-ins. I am using a Surface Pro 2 with Windows 10. AI17 worked fine and reinstalled and it still works. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Wacom tablet settings are completely overlooked at not applied. I have an Intuos 4 and the assigned buttons are not being recognizd. make sure the assigned buttons to a program for the wacom tablet interface work as assigned and not overlooked by the program.

Save command does not include latest edits Illustrator 2018. First day using this and its extremely buggy, while working on a drawing, everytime I hit save it takes the file back several steps (like a shortcut for multiple undo's). What makes this even more annoying is that you cannot access any redo. Its as though hitting save deletes the latest memory cache of the changes you've made in the previous 10 minutes.

UI Not Scaling Down After updating to the 2018 version of Illustrator, I found that the UI wasn't scaling to the proper resolution. I expected it to be proper & have smaller buttons & such. In reality, all of the tools & toolbars are bloated like it's scaled to 200%.
