Illustrator CC thumbnail on preview mode not working properly with rectangle artboard
Illustrator CC2019, thumbnail shows artboard just properly on square shape not the rectangle one
Got a white line on the right side of the thumbnail (preview mode)

Export to a local folder url beyond iCloud fails to pick up the full url
When I go File > Export > Export for Screens in Illustrator 23.1.1 (and for quite a few versions now) the local URL in 'Export to:' does not seem to want to register beyond the point at which the iCloud cloud icon appears in my folders. So a folder needs to be fully local on my macbook - otherwise I have to manually look up and type in the subfolders that I want to export to.

Simplify Path Creates New Shape on a New Layer on Each Adjustment
Hi! I was trying to use the Simplify Path tool in the latest Illustrator 2019 (23.0.6) and I am getting this weird error. If I have the preview mode selected, each time I make an adjustment in the dialog box a new layer is created. By default, it selects that new shape to update the path without a clear way to go back unless you go to the original layer and begin again in which the whole process starts over. If this is supposed to be an improvement in the feature I'm not quite sure how? Please let me know…

Does 23.1.1. fix the abysmal performance on Mac or no?
Illustrators performance on Mac as been horrible for the last several versions, has this been fixed yet, or at least an update on why and when you expect to have it fixed?
We seriously need to have an intervention, you're making Illustrator practically unusable for your paying customers with these 'updates' that seemingly take several steps back each time.

Copying graphics from CClibraries transforms paths.
CClibraries has a serious bug.
adobe's customer support acknowledged having bugs in CClibraries.Steps to reproduce
1) Set the profile to “WEB” when creating a document.
2) Text object is made an outline.
3) In the Libraries panel to add graphics
4) Right-click a graphic in the Libraries panel, and choose the Place Copy option from the context menu.Windows 10 , Illustrator CC2018 / CC2019

Clipping mask from a live text is misaligned / resized / distorted
When using a solid swatch filled variable font as a clipping mask (Hepta Slab in the attached example) the clipped paths are misaligned with the font (in display and in selection hovering).

Workspace basics are not appearing and I can't reset workspace
Basically the title I can only use stuff I have remembered by hotkeys and the option to reset isn't available, I am even unable to change the layout I use entirely, I am new to illustrator and this is very frustrating.

Selection Tool Bugging Out In Catalina
In addition to the Save/Save As issues as described in previous posts, I've also noticed that the selection tool randomly quits working. Specifically, the bounding box disappears and you can't reinitialize it and you certainly can't scale or select. Need to do a full restart of the app to correct.

Frequent crash Illustrator 2019 23.1.1.
Crashes 4-8 times a day, just like that. Illustrator crashes even if you just walk away from the computer and do nothing. Then he just closes the program. Without notification. When opening the file again, he will only give a message that he has saved it as a 'recovered' file.

Dropbox saving issue
When I try to save a new file on, save as and choose it to save on dropbox. The folder I've selected that I want my file in, immediately start syncing all my online-only files to local.
Please see attached for visual explanation.
Does any1 know a way to work around this?

clipping mask bugs...
I'm currently using a latest CC version Ai and i encounter a problem/bug. When i create a clipping mask on a multiple objects for a final file. For example: An A4 artboard, i just did a last step clipping mask into A4 size and save it. Then i close the file. when i reopen the same file, my multiple objects all becoming a flatten object?? (Can't be select separately). This issue really give me a heart attack.
It happened on my vector artwork and image combined vector file twice so far. Which i not dare to use clipping mask recently.…

yellowish tint background within jpg file
I updated the illustrator 23.1 and yellowish tint is still there among my jpg file. how can I get rid of it?

randomly shutting off and not saving
so im in a digital arts class at my school so i dont know much about the computers, i am was working on a project and i was just about finished with my outline after 1 hour 32 minutes of work and the Illustrator just shuts off randomly and i go to open the app back up again and it didn't save. This better get fixed, and if it doesn't me and my teacher aggreed we will go to something else if we have to.

Deleting a control handle with Anchor Point Tool
I like the fact that you can eliminate a control handle on a closed shape by selecting the Convert Anchor Pt. Tool and click the handle. Problem is... when you have the Pen Tool and you hold option to access the Convert Anchor Pt. Tool, it will not delete the handle. What is up???

Problem with tracing feature
Hi.
I have a problem with tracing feature. Never have I been able to use this feature, not once. Each time the error message appears: "Can not be fully executed because an unknown problem has occurred (CANT)".
Why is that?

Roland Cut Studio Extension missing
No matter how I uninstall/reinstall my vinyl cutter... it wont show up under extensions in illustrator 2019

Print Dialog Error Happening Every Day
Everyday after about four to six hours of use I go to print a file and get this bug. It renders the software unusable and I have to force quit the program and restart to get my recovered files. I really have no idea what is causing this error.
