1. Intuos Pen & Touch - Pinch zoom doesnt work anymore

   Everything was working just fine for me, but since the new update i can't finger pinch zoom anymore. On all the other Adobe products everything's working just fine. It's just Illustrator that's having this Problem.

2. Link and Resolution

   lately i have working with some client adobe file and i notice that there is some problem or bug i usually come across. The first one is some time file that i open contain the image link that support link to high resolution image but appear in low resolution, when it print out the pixel is damage, this matter only solve be re-link the image to high resolution image. The second one are more severe, some time the file that i have already link or re-link to high resolution image and save but when i reopen the file, the image i link is automatic turn to low resolution image again... i am looking for answer or solution for this problem. Thanks

4. PDF gets saved and viewed as 'This is an Adobe Illustrator file that was saved without PDF content'

   As of this morning my PDF files are saving very odd. I have been saving them the same way for YEARS. As of this morning they are saving this (see attached). HELP? This is how I save files for our website to show available homes for a community. Obviuosly this is not showing the flyer sheet it was saved as from. I save as PDF, have a preset created that I select & save. Usually it's my flyer - today it this. From every file I try it from. ?????

   If you get a PDF exported that gets viewed as 'This is an Adobe Illustrator file that was saved without PDF content' stamped messages, please send these to sharewithai@adobe.com and tell exactly what method you used to create it (Save Aa, Export As, Asset Export), with what parameters specifically.

5. Adobe Illustrator CC 2017 and Roland Cutstudio Plug-In Issue

   Hi all,

   I'm having great difficulties with Adobe Illustrator CC 2017 and using the Roland Cutstudio Plug-In on both Windows 7 64-bit and Mac OS Sierra 10.13.2.

   I have tried to install it both with the Adobe Creative Cloud HTML and also with Anistasy's Extension Manager. While the extension does appear, when I click on Print to Output I receive this message:

   Cutstudio is not found. If cutstudio is not installed, please install it. If cutstudio has never run, please run it. Then restart Adobe Illustrator.

   This error message only appears on the Windows 7 PC, I can confirm drivers are working as I was able to initiate a test print page.

   On the Mac, a similar thing happens but NO error message appears. I can't see the cutter in the printer list and I'm unable to locate a driver for the cutter.

   The cutter is a Roland CAMM1-Pro GX-500.

   I have tried reinstalling the plug-in via Adobe Cloud only and it still fails.

   I can confirm that in CS6 and CC 2015, there is no problem with the plug-in but we must use 2017 moving forward.

   Any ideas would be appreciated.

   Please contact Cutstudio support and check for compatibility with Illustrator version. Additionally, CC 2017 was not supported on 10.13 and we have fixed lot of compatibility issues with CC 2018

6. Scale tool isn't working

   20 year user. Been patient through many updates always re-finding my way. This one really disrupted my everyday use. Sorry it's a swing and a miss.

7. .psd clipping path makes imported image scale incorrect

   Create a file in Photoshop at 300dpi with a clipping path, import the file into Illustrator CC and place it. Make a note of the scale it imports at then import that same file without a clipping path and you'll get a different scale.

   It seems Illustrator is treating the clipping file the same as an embedded file and using 72dpi as it's default resolution.

   Why a clipping path should do this to a file is very strange.

8. CC2018

   1. Illustrator CC2018
   2. Editing existing type.
   3. The ability to actually see what I'm typing.
   4. Almost always there is no text refresh when editing text. You have to drag the text or otherwise alter it so that Illustrator is forced to refresh so you can see changes you make.

   I'm using a new iMac Pro High Sierra. Please fix the bug!

10. Battery impact when Illustrator simply open in background

    Simply leaving Illustrator 22.0.1 open in the background, even while not actively using it, causes my MacBook Pro (MacOS High Sierra, 10.13.4) to run hot and drains the battery quickly, about 1% per minute. This limits my ability to use Illustrator without having my computer plugged in. This is easily demonstrated/replicated by having no other applications open. There should be zero CPU usage when Illustrator is simply open in the background and not in use.

11. Stroke weight reverts to previous scale when embedding after rotating a graphic.

    AI CC 22.1

    I had an linked .pdf at 10% scale, which I rotated 90 degrees, then scaled up by 1000%, then I embedded the file. The strokes in the artwork reverted back to 10% size. If I repeat the procedure, but do not rotate the file first, then the stoke retains the enlarged size.

12. Blending Modes BUG in Ai

    1. Version of Adobe Illustrator - 22.1 Machine: iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015) Graphics: AMD Radeon R9 M380 2048 MB
    2. The issues - Using Blending Modes (specifically Screen/Color Burn). Worked both in on-screen preview mode & saved as a jpg, Thursday, April 12th, 2018. Today, Monday April 16th, they are not displaying properly on-screen, in print, or in saved file preview. (if color mode is switched to RGB, blending mode displays more properly, but not in Overprint Preview) Screen blending mode disappears/Color Burn retains only some parts of the graphic in black. Does not translate between cc programs either.
    3. Expected Result: Blending modes should be displayed and printing as applied.
    4. Actual Result: Blending modes are altering the artwork vitally and completely.

13. Crashing immediately when opened

    I have not been able to use Illustrator 2018 for over a week now. I am using High Sierra and I have checked all the updates. I can't open from a file or directly from the toolbar. I have sent a few crash reports but to no avail.

14. text libraries

    Hi, I am having trouble adding text to CC Libraries. It seems like you have to have Point Type instead of Area Type in order to add it correctly. It would be useful to be able to add both types of type.

15. Restart every 1 min to fix a bug – Illustrator Font Panel Bug

    Adobe Illustrator always show the default font Myriad Pro no matter which typeface/font you are using. Also Fonts and weights that you are using disappear from the dropdown of the font.

    The only way of fixing it is to restart illustrator every 1 min.

16. Ai artboards all look like someone took an eraser over them.

    Ai CC2018. Opening any file sent by my teacher for class, I am the only student in class whose artboard looks like someone took an eraser over it. We've checked for hidden layers, etc. to no avail. I cannot even find the uninstall option to uninstall and reinstall it. Can someone help? I'm running Mac 10.13.2.

17. Illustrator CC 2018 for Mac Hangs up When Reading an EPS File

    Illustrator CC 2018 for Mac hangs up when I attempt to read the attached EPS file. I have been using Illustrator to read this type of EPS file for years with no difficulties. I have to force-quit Illustrator to continue. I attach a sample file that hangs up Illustrator on my system. Just in case you need to know, my system has all updates installed.

19. Changing colour by pasting code doesn't register as a change / can't save.

    I've got a pallette file (yes I should make a swatch), but that's not the issue.

    If I copy the code from one colour, then select an object in a different file and paste the code into the box… The program doesn't register a change has happened.
    So when I "cmd+s" it doesn't register and my assets don't update in AE.

20. Zoom issue

    When zooming in from 3200% to 6400% or more, this line starts acting weird. The stroke should not be outside of the path line, but it seems like it's having a rendering issue or something. Seems like it might be a problem only when previewing on CPU. I switched to GPU preview and it's fine, but if I switch back it looks like the attachment
