3. Bitmaps display as vertical lines in GPU Preview in AI 28.5

   Multiple mentions of bitmaps showing as vertical lines. Displays correctly in CPU Preview in 28.5 but is broken in GPU preview. 2023 does not have this problem on the same system.

4. Campo de texto não exibindo sublinhando correção

   Em alguns campos de texto, não exibe a correção para textos, esse problema acontece em alguns campos, quando cria um novo, ele volta a sublinhar o texto com erros ortográficos, isso atrapalha no processo de correção, você não consegue confiar na ferramenta de correção!

5. v29.2.1 image export (JPG & PNG) anti-aliasing "Art Optimized" not working

   v29.0.1
   Export image (JPG/PNG) w/ anti-aliasing "Art Optimized" on, images are perfect!

   After updating to v29.2.1
   Anti-aliasing "Art Optimized" on -> not working

   macOS v15.2 (Mac mini M2 Pro)
   Illustrator v29.2.1

   Morning v29.0.1, then update to v29.2.1 this afternoon. I'm pretty sure this is not a hardware problem. so i downgrade to v29.0.1. image export works perfect again.

   文字に適用した効果、光彩（外側）でカラーピッカーを起動しスポイトで画面の色を吸い取った後、吸い取ったカラーのグラデーション上に表示される円を移動すると全く関係のない色に勝手に変化してしまいます。

8. In "recolor artwork" when I select a "user defined" color palette, it lets me chose it, but will not use those colors.

   In "recolor artwork", when I select a "user defined" color palette, it lets me chose that palette, but will not use those colors in the recoloring options. For instance, I can select the color palette, but when I go to randomly change the color order, it does not use those colors, it only uses the colors that are already in the artwork.

   In previous versions, once I selected the "user defined" colors, that selection of swatch colors would appear in the "Swatch group" side panel. That no longer happens. And as stated before, just doesn't work in general.

9. Corrupt clipboard image view

   Images pasted from the clipboard that are embedded in tif format become corrupted. When working with an embedded image from the clipboard, after a while, when moving an element or zooming in or out, the image becomes corrupted, rendering it unusable and unrecoverable. The images usually end up as shown in the screenshot. This has happened to me several times.

   I'm working on a 2023 Macbook Pro M2 Max with 32GB RAM and macOS Sequoia 15.4.1 using Adobe Illustrator 29.5

10. Pen’s rubber band lies when I try to continue a path with with an unnecessary handle

    Please take a look at this file and the GIF attached.
    Try these steps:
    1. Grab Direct Selection and select the inner arc segment only
    2. Cut it
    3. Delete the rest
    4. Paste the segment back (I used Paste in Front)
    5. Now select the point at the top. When zoomed in, you can clearly see it has an unnecessary handle — the remnant of the deleted path, not contributing into the curvature of the path in question (BTW, if you save it right now, Ai would strip away both 'appndix' handles from both ends of the path — that’s why steps 1-4 are required)
    6. Pick Pen tool (make sure you have Enable Rubber Band for Pen Tool enabled in Preferences > Selection & Anchor Display) and click the top point

    What should happen:
    the unneeded handle should be immediately removed and the rubber band should be straight, matching the result we get when placing a new point with the tool.

    What happens:
    ...the top point is the 'point 0' of the path, the starting point. When I click, Ai reverses the path internally, making it the last point of the path, to add a new point at the end — an expected behavior... but it seems like while flipping it, the data of the handles doesn’t get updated in the proper moment, and the rubber band grabs the reversed direction of the handle!

    If I revers the path with Object > Path > Reverse Path Direction before step 6 — no problem happens.
    If I click the point at the bottom instead of the one at top — no problem happens.

    The issue is old, and I was able to make it happen with CC2017.
    It doesn’t happen often (for me it’s like once a month), but Ai has way too many bugs and I am quite tired.
    Please fix.

11. Sometimes Align panel has no Align To options enabled, even with a selection present

    Occasionally I have an object selected, hit a hotkey assigned to an Align command, but nothing happens, even though Ai should automatically enable Align To Artboard with the only object selected.

    I open the Align panel (in these cases it’s usually collapsed) and realize none of three Align To option buttons is pressed! I click Align To Artboard one manually, and then it works, and it doesn’t happen anymore... until the next time it misfires like this.

    Probably it happens at least one per Ai session, I can’t tell yet.

12. JPG werden nicht mehr exportiert

    Seit einer Woche lassen sich aus der .ai Datei keine .jpg mehr exportieren. Hierbei erschein keine Fehlermeldung. Es erscheint einfach keine .jpg Datei. Dieser Sachverhalt tritt einzig bei .jpg. auf. PDF lassen sich weiterhin exportieren.

13. Illustrator Paths Automatically Filled Black Despite No Color Selection

    In the past few days Illustrator has given me trouble: as you can see in the picture i get a black filling on any path I create even if no color is selected!

    I have just uninstalled and re-downloaded the illustrator app from my creative cloud (version 29.3.1) but it didn't solve the problem.

    I can't work this way.
    Any suggestions?

14. Advanced Options Missing in Recolor Artwork Panel with UI Scaling

    Bug Description:
    When the UI is scaled up , the advanced options in the "Recolor Artwork" panel become inaccessible. This happens because the panel becomes too large, causing the advanced options at the bottom to be cut off. Additionally, the absence of a scroll bar prevents users from navigating to the hidden section.

    Open Adobe software (e.g., Illustrator).

    Access the "Recolor Artwork" feature.

    Use the software on a high UI scaling factor.

15. Type tools not showing in 29.3.1

    The type tools not showing in 29.3.1, I get the 3d and Materials (insanely long) window instead.
    The Paragraph panel does the same, as well as Glyphs.
    I want to access the glyphs, Open Type, etc, panels but just can't.

18. Locking child objects in a locked top layer is not respected when the layer is unlocked and won’t toggle back

    If I have a layer locked and I click a pale lock icon next to a child item, the lock becomes solid, as if I am overriding the 'the parent is locked' status... but it can’t be toggled back.

    More of it, I expect this overridden status to stay when I unlock the parent — instead it gets dropped.

19. CC Libraries don't retain Lab values of swatches

    If you create a color with Lab values in Illustrator or InDesign and add it to a CC Library, it will convert to CMYK in a new .indd doc and RGB in a new .ai file. We work in Lab 99.9% of the time, so this is super frustrating. We have a database of custom color mixes/names. It would save us a ton of time if we could use CC Libraries for this.

    The crazy thing is... if you make a rectangle with a fill of a custom spot color with lab values and save it as a Graphic, it works fine. So why don't regular old swatches behave the same?

20. Zooming in and out is super delayed and slow. Only works fast with control + y.

    Whenever i try to zoom in and out, it is super delayed and laggy. It doesnt happen when I do control + y though. I checked my storage space and thats fine. It is only with illustrator.
