Adobe Sketch inaccurate. No Product against which to report
Please See forum post entitled “Adobe sketch accuracy questioned”
On iPad Air, iOS 12.4, Sketch 4.7.1 drawing occurs displaced from centre of stylus, toward to of device.
Gave up using Sketch in Sep 2017 as this was a show stopper for me. I don’t understand how anybody can use it like this. It is such a fundamental issue that I cannot believe it has not been addressed. Others in the forum post discussion agreed it was a bug and the question seems to have been answered - it is a bug.
Came back to look at Sketch again 2 years…

Simplify preview problem
When I choose Path > Simplify… and have the preview button checked, the simplification happens as many times as I adjust the percentage. ie it will simply to 99% and the 97% of 99%.
Whether I click OK or Cancel, all of the actions have been performed and I have to press undo until it is back to normal.
This problem arrived at the same time as the scale/rotate/reflect etc preview issue (which have now been fixed thank god).1 voteHi,

Extremely slow or crashing Illustrator 23.0.3 (64bit)
Windows 10 Home (OS Build 17137.885)
Intel Core i7 3930K 3.2Ghz
32GB RAM
2 SSD 1TB Drivces (30% full each)
GPU - Nvidia Geforce GTX 1060 3GBSHOCKING PERFORMANCE!!
Slow to load even the smallest AI files!

Show Character Alternates
"Show Character Alternates" checkbox under the Type preference pane is not clickable. While trying to disable the annoying Glyph popup window I discovered that I cannot change this preference setting. I was able to change the setting by manually directly editing Illustrators preference file manually which reflects the change when relaunching the program, however it can not be changed through the UI.

Change to dimension in properties panel applies to wrong object in certain situation...
Minor bug. To reproduce:
Have at least two objects on screen.
Select one.
In the properties panel, change the width or height but do not press enter or tab.
Select the other object.Result: The change in dimension is applied to the second object, not the first.

Raster images should always honor the layer order and transparency values when scaling/moving/rotating
When moving/rotating/scaling Raster images should always honor the layer order and transparency values.
With "show images in outline mode" selected, I often drop in low res raster images on the bottom layer and outline them with the pen tool in higher level layers.. problem is the way illustrator handles raster images. If i draw a line on top of a raster image, then attempt to scale that raster image, my line is temporarily hidden while scaling, moving or rotating the raster image, making it nearly impossible to re-align my raster image to match newly drawn vector lines. Illustrator looses workspace settings
Good day. My problem is that I worked for a very long time in Adobe Photoshop (cs3,4,5,6, cc). But Ai surprised me - to make a backup of the workspace I have to go to AppData / Roaming / Adobe / Illustrator etc. and make a copy of the folder, because when I open a new document, I get a completely different space. (Export/import settings do not help) Why can’t you transfer the settings to the program, and not to the open document? Reflect tool showing artifacts when flip mirroring a live paint group
A live paint tool when mirroring via Reflect (O) function, seems to always distort parts of the flipped and copied image, sample here. But I've had worse results.

Some of AI file paths disappear when exporting to PNG or JPG
A simple AI file containing the logo and text (all outlined) is saved fine as AI or PDF, but if I try to export it to PNG or JPG, some of the paths contained within the image disappear and are not rendered in the resulting raster file. I am attaching the master AI file, and the rendered PNG file (created by going to File > Export As > PNG). Why did you add a stroke to the Layer Thumbnail of empty layers?
In previous versions of Illustrator, if you deleted all the content of a layer or sublayer, you could immediately see that it was empty because its thumbnail in the Layers palette lost its stroke. Now all layer thumbnails have a border regardless. This was a very useful feature, and I can't imagine why it would deliberately be removed. Can you please add it back?

Place Tiff with layer comps doesn't retain selected comps on save and reopen
Placing layered Tiffs with Layer Comps into Illustrator doesn't maintain the reference to those layer comps when reopening the file.
Steps:
1. Make PSD with layer comps and save as layered Tiff.
2. Place layered Tiff into Illustrator with "Show Layer Options" selected.
3. From "Tiff options" dialogue select "Layer Comps <dropdown select layer comp A>"
4. Also, select "When updating link: <dropdown select 'Keep layer visibility overrides'>"
4. Repeat steps 2, 3 and 4 selecting a different layer comp
5. Save and close file

crash after windows update
Every time since I installed the latest windows update (KB5407453, KB4509096) that I try to open or create a new file adobe illustrator crashes. The crash report is attached.
3 votesFrom the looks of it it seems to be crashing with GPU. Here is what I can suggest
1. TEST: Disable GPU from preference panel and then create a anew document to see if it still crashes
2. FIX: Update GPU driver – each manufacturer will have a different way to get and install drivers. some help here: https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/illustrator-gpu-performance-driver-update.html3. Prefix in graphs
Using a prefix for the axis in a graph works fine, but only with positive numbers. Negative numbers soon get into trouble however. $-50 is not helpful at all.

When Starting a new work or opening a pre-made work, a bug appears
I can access all the tools and tabs, but I can't see them and it crashes, I already checked my requirements and their all good, so anybody have an idea of whats happening?

Gradients Crashing Illustrator
Every time I drag a color swatch, whether an existing swatch or eye-dropped, into my gradient panel, Illustrator crashes. I'm also having issues with my gradient sliders spazzing out when trying to drag them. It causes my program to freeze up. I have one file open and only five gradients in my file, so not enough to overload illustrator. It's making my job extremely hard to do. I have also restarted and tried re-installing illustrator.

Illustrator taking forever to save
Version 23.0.4 taking forever to save relatively small files- not sure what's going on but this problem began this week and persists after reinstall.

Select Objects in Layer selects locked objects
Objects that are locked within a layer get selected when selecting everything in a layer. Instead of selecting everything in the layer except the locked items.
