1. AMD Radeon Pro 580 rendering bug

   Hi, I have a 2017 iMac Retina 5k 27", 64GB RAM, Mac OS Catalina 10.15.7 with AMD Radeon Pro 580 GPU, 8Gb VRAM, driver version 01.00.931, Illustrator 25.4.1. I am getting odd effects in rendering of linear gradients where angular areas of colour appear at higher magnifications. If the GPU is turned off in Illustrator prefs the effect disappears. Please see screenshot attached showing the effect with GPU. Is there a fix for this, please?

2. テキスト操作時のIビームの点滅が早すぎる

   Illustrator 26.0 (Intel/Ja_JP)
   macOS10.15.7

   テキスト入力時のIビームのフリッカが強すぎる。Tツールにてマウスカーソルを移動し挿入点を変更した際に特に早くなります。現象の動画を添付します。
   入力時はカーソル付近を注視するため図形明滅刺激の影響による健康被害の発生につながる可能性もあります。ver.25の仕様に戻していただきたいと思います。
   また、M1でも同様の挙動との報告を受けております。

3. Locked background objects unlocking/moving when using lasso selection tool

   When I select using the LASSO tool, on screen shows the correct points have been selected, but when I then try to move just these selected points, Illustrator also moves the LOCKED background objects underneath. This error does not happen when I select using other tools. This is clearly a bug!

   I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 26.1.0 which is available worldwide now.

   Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

4. Not Responding. Crashing when I go to make a pattern

   Operating system: Windows 10
   Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 Super
   Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-9900K CPU @ 3.60GHz
   31.85GB RAM

   Currently in the process of creating a 40cm x 40cm all over surface pattern design print. So far everything has been fine. My total file size is 435mb.

   When I select my imagery ready to turn in to Object > Pattern > Make
   Illustrator decides that it can't process this, freezes and crashes.
   I am on the most up to date versions of Illustrator and drivers for my RAM.
   I have also tried simplifying my pathways to no avail.

   Does anyone else know how to get around this issue or will this need to be updated?

5. Preview of color selections (AI 26.0.2)

   I am from Release of Illustrator, which the preview of color selections, if activated, does not allow me to enlarge over 1200%, because the screen becomes all gray. 6. Illustrator v26.1 - save file after assigned color profile does not work

   Illustrator v26.1
   Windows 10 Enterprise

   When opening an illustrator file created under a previous version of illustrator that was saved and/or created without a color profile assigned (not color managed), with color settings set to inform/warn the user of the missing profile, assigning the profile at file open when the prompt is displayed or clicking OK with "leave as is (don't color manage)" selected and then selecting edit > assign profile and assigning a color profile...

   then saving the document with ctrl+s or File > save does not save the file with the assigned color profile. Opening the file again presents the same missing color profile prompt.

   Assigning the color profile via the prompt or via edit menu and then using File > Save As and overwriting (or saving a new version with a different filename) saves the assigned color profile correctly.

7. デザインが表示されなくなる

   環境: M1 Mac mini OS 12.1 / Illustrator 26.0.2

   ピクセルビューにして300%以上ズームするとなにも表示されなくなる。また、比較的パスやオブジェクトが多いデータについては100%時でもなにも表示されなくなってしまう。CS6ではちゃんと表示されます。GPUにしてもCPUレンダリングでも結果は同じです。

8. Missing Glyphs on PDF export in Illustrator v26.1

   When exporting a document using Lora font (https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Lora), the colon character changes to a strange symbol.

   It's the same issue that was happening in Indesign (and was fixed on February)

9. BUG: Can't downloaded .ai file by adobe site

   when I try to download the file proposed by adobe "final-flora-design-sample.ai" in creating 3D graphics in illustrator, it gives me an error. After I say "allow" on the site, I get an error on creative cloud. I have all free access to download from the adobe site... at every download attempt it offers me the same error

10. flickering guide lines

    In Illustrator 25.4.1 one cannot use the guides while Astute Plugins active! What did you do Adobe? While selecting objects the guide lines will appear blink think suddenly while someone click drags the mouse as long as one releases the mouse button again. While dragging objects, the guide lines will be fine, but with nothing selected, click drag will cause flickering guide lines.

11. Relink no longer works in most recent Illustrator

    When I update links outside Illustrator, Illustrator no longer shows the links with the recycle icon. The relink button in the links panel is greyed out. The only way is to manually relink the files rather than the nice refresh there used to be! This is very time consuming!

12. Illustrator 26.1 not saving changes to files. Serious bug.

    Mac OS Monterey, 2020 Macbook Pro. My files are saved to a local Dropbox folder, which has never been an issue in the past. I made changes to a file, changing strokes with manually added arrowheads to strokes with arrowheads. I saved the file and closed it. When I reopened the file, no changes had been saved. I recreated the changes, and did a save as with a new file name, and the changes were saved. I went back and tried adding the changes to the original file, and it confirmed that AI 26.1 is not saving changes to files. I have downgraded to 26.0.3, which fixes the issue, but I have lost all of my workspaces.

13. TIFF形式で書き出す時に日本語でファイル名をつけるとTIFFファイルのレイヤー名が文字化けする

    Illustrator ver25.3.1 ja_JP/Macintosh
    macOS10.15.6

    再現手順
    １．アートボード上にアートワークを用意する。
    ２．ファイルメニュより「書き出し＞書き出し形式」を選択しオプションのTIFFファイルを選択する。
    ３．書き出されたTIFFファイルをPhotoshopで開くとレイヤー名が文字化けしている。

    結果
    TIFFファイルのレイヤー名が文字化けしている。

    期待する結果
    TIFFファイルのレイヤー名がver.25.2.3での結果のように正常に出力される。

    これは大勢に影響のない問題ですが、一連のUnicodeテキストの取り扱いに関する不具合だと考えられます。
    書き出されたTIFFファイルのイメージリソースブロック中の8BIMシグネチャ（TIFFファイルはリトルエンディアンですからファイル内のバイト順序は逆転してMIB8で保持されています）の関連する識別子が２つあります。このうちnormがシフトJISコードでビッグエンディアンにて記述されます。もうひとつのluniはUnicodeでリトルエンディアンで記述されるのが本来の状態です。このluniの方が文字化けを起こす要因です。しかし、どの様な変換エラーなのかまでは把握できませんでした。以下は不具合が生じている部分の抜粋です。いずれもファイル名は「テスト-1.tif」としています。

    ver.25.2.3による出力
    C630 B930 C830 2D00 3100

    ver.25.3.1での出力
    C900 6500 C900 5800 C900 6700 2D00 3100

    ※各文字コードはリトルエンディアンですからUnicodeLTとなります。
    ※最新版のPhotoshopはmormの方を正しく出力出来ないバグが存在します。

    １　Windows 10 Pro　バージョン20H2／プロセッサ　Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10875H CPU @ 2.30GHz／実装RAM　32.0 GB (31.8 GB 使用可能)／64 ビット オペレーティング システム、x64 ベース プロセッサ

    2　Illustrator2021で作成したデータを2022（最新版）で開き、デザインのバリエーションの作成を行おうとした。配置されている画像は２つ。うち1点の差し替えを行った。（Photoshopデータのリンクを変更）。差し替えた画像の大きさを変更するため、リサイズを行ったところ、アプリケーションがクラッシュ。復元データにより、1つ前の手順まではデータが残っており、作業の続行ができた。が、再び同じ作業（配置画像のリサイズ）でクラッシュ。
    3　続行したデータを開き直し、もう一度作業のやり直しをしようと思った。
    4　２つのリンク画像が消失した。『「」というリンクファイルが見つかりません』というアラートが繰り返し出る（「」というファイル名をつけたことはない）。エラーの起きていなかった配置画像も消失し、リンク情報そのものが消えてしまった。
    5　エラーの起きたデータを添付します。確認のため、開き直しているので日付がエラーの起きた当時のものではなく、本日のものに書き換わっているようですが、保存はせずに閉じています。

    すでに再編集で問題が解決されているとのことですが、いくつか補足説明させていただきます。

    『「」というリンクファイルが見つかりません』というアラートの「」ですが、本来ならばカッコ内にリンクファイル名が表示されるのですが、クラッシュにより、ファイル情報が欠落してしまったと思われます。（通常はリンク切れでもファイル情報は保存されています）

    今後、クラッシュが発生するような場合は、クラッシュ後に表示されるクラッシュレポートの送信機能をご利用ください。
    また、クラッシュの再現手順が明確であるような場合は、こちらの UserVoice にご登録ください。

15. Pen Tool: Close path Changes Handles

    When drawing with the pen tool, closing paths changes the initial path/handles drawn. This occurs every time the initial point plotted is a "click and drag."

16. Zoom difetto

    Con l'aggiornamento del sistema operativo Mac OS 12 non si riesce ad avvicinare con lo zoom, il valore dipende dal file da 400%, si files più leggeri si arriva a 600%
    Questo tenendo la risoluzione dello schermo alla massima risoluzione mentre se si scende come risoluzione a 2k il problema non si presenta. Sia con Illustrator 2021 che con il 2022

17. 行間値が表示されない

    行間値が表示されなくなります。たまに治る時があります。
    テキストブロックの行間は全て同じ値にしていてもすべてのテキストボックスで行間値が非表示になります。行間を変更したときに表示されるので、それで値の確認をしています。

18. Coding tips

    Could you please encode a version of Illustrator that would work once and not crash your computer every other hour!!! This same thing has now happened in 3 different versions of Illustrator in a row and I always have to use the old version before your coders learn to do something right!

19. Cloud Documents won't open when using Illustrator on desktop

    Illustrator v.26, running on macOS Big Sur 11.2.3.

    The cloud docs open only after closing the app several times and retrying. Once the app is open, I double click on the desired file, but nothing happens. Even using the 'open' selection window doesn't work. After the nth try, the cloud doc magically opens. This has been going on since before the latest update. Is it my laptop or a bug?
