Variables panel not redrawing
The variables panel does not seem to get redrawn as often as it should.
I am using the latest (early 2019) version of AI.
Create a new document.
Go to/open Variables panel
Panel corner menu->Create Variable.
Dialog opens: Enter name and choose type.
Close dialog.
New variable does not appear in list. (Yet)
Close and reopen Variables panel (or switch panel tab away and back)
Variable previously created is now visible.
Similarly, binding variables to objects is not updated in the panel without the close/reopen or tab switch trick forcing the panel to redraw.

Curved Lines Unclear
Any sort of curve that is drawn, imported, or even text is unclear? I have uninstalled and reinstalled and have no idea what is going on? See image below. Its not a fill or stroke setting. Anybody have any idea what the hell is going on? HELP

Pixel preview incredibly slow
Working in pixel preview mode is painfully slow – even on small, simple files.
It makes no difference whether GPU mode is on or off.

can not operate the slider of the gradation panel

- Max OS Mojave 10.14.4, Illustrator CC 2019 23.0.2
- Select a gradient from the tool panel

Millimeter setting for font size not correct! cost me $1000s in reprinting
I'm a freelance designer working for a top hair care brand which markets their products world wide. We had our entire front label product run rejected because it did not meet EU regulatory standards for ml and net weight type size. When creating the labels the first time I set my font size from points to mm to ensure I met the minimum size requirements of 3mm. New Update 23.0.3 Causes Failure to Preview and Art Boards Save Erroneously in PDF- when saving out files they will error. The saved file will display and print a black gradient space in lieu of the art board and (seemingly random) graphics will be omitted. This is replicated when saving as a new AI or PDF or Printed from the saved file. The original AI file shows it prints normally but the print out is also erroneous.

GPU continues to randomly turn only white to black (not inverting!)
an ongoing issue with CC is the random and unprovoked flipping of Black to white on screen. Only the color white does this. This is not a case of color being inverted. It is only white in a file that suddenly turns black and then needs to be closed and reopened to fix.

pasted guides are checked against the drawing area
While pasting artwork (CMD-V) which is copied from another Illustrator document and includes guides, I often get the warning seen in the screenshot.
This happens only because of the guide.
After pasting in place (CMD-F) I can move the artwork around w/o the guides being checked against the drawing area.Imo the guides shouldn't be checked against the drawing area while pasting.

Illustrator 2019 taking too long to save in Windows 1809
Illustrator 2019 started taking at least 20x longer to save in Windows 1809.
This makes it effectively unusable as I can't suddenly up my hourly rate by 1000%

Illustrator will not use Verdana.ttf
Made PDF from Bridge using Verdana.ttf. Open PDF in illustrator on same mac and it will not see the Verdana fonts, wants to change them to an OTF version which is not even on my system. Causing numerous issues since my client just changed to Verdana for universal access documents.

Save as Ai with PDF compatible loss Overprint

PS 2017.1.1After save Ai file as *.ai with PDF compatible and then open this Ai with Acrobat, we can't see overprint.

Color panel problem.
Mac OS 10.14.3
Illustrator CC V23.0.2The panel display default is the spectrum, even when I specifically select CMYK (or RGB for that matter) unless "Show Options" is selected. Color values should be the default. Can this be fixed?

Crashing when Creating New Anything
For some reason whenever I try to create a new document in Illustrator, it buffers and inevitably crashes. At first I believed it to just be our school server (as it crashed a few days ago) but it's affecting all of the computers in every single classroom I've been in.
The program will open and then the screen pops up with "Create New" in the center.
I click on the button and it brings up the file sizes and the measurements like normal but when I click on "Create", the program buffers and a notification will pop up stating that…1 vote -
extension do not work
Illustrator 23.0.2 does not show extensions content even Adobe sample extensions like UI.
I do not have any problem with other CC apps like Photoshop. Photoshop loads a shows the same UI extension.

Not saving work
Illustrator 2019 is not saving my work properly. I save the file, then close and reopen it to find only half the work was actually saved.

Color change Problems
I have a collection of swatch colors that I save, and for some reason, they are all getting dull. A bright orange to darker gradient turns to a muddy orange and all of the swatches are dull. I copy the logo from an older file and realize how dull my colors have become. You can see how dull the colors have become in the attached image. Also, the Graphic Styles have become duller. Illustrator won't open
1) OSX 10.4.3
2) Illustrator 23.0.2
3) Open application
4) Bounces twice in dock, then dies with no error.Tried opening the application using Finder window, dock icon, Cloud menu, clicking a file - nothing works. It tries to open application and quits with no error. Tried restart. Nada.
Machine is iMac with 32g ram, plenty of disc space. No issues with any of the other CC applications.

"Apply gradient across stroke" shows terrible banding compared to a standard linear gradient
When applying a gradient to a stroke with the "apply gradient across stroke" option selected, the resulting gradient is very poor quality, with lots of visible banding.
In the attached image the top gradient is formed by feathering a rectangle with corner radius of 31.235 px by 20px. The quality is fine, although feathering makes specifying specific colours a hassle.
The middle object is the same rectangle with a 40pt stroke, with a white-to-black gradient applied with "apply gradient across stroke" selected. The gradient is very uneven, showing clear banding.
