  1. Window and panels moving when Mac goes to sleep

    There is an issue with Adobe apps while using Mac M1 with an external monitor. When put in sleep, the windows and palettes move to the bottom half of the screen.

    There are comments on this thread that confirm

    this is an issue with specifically Adobe apps(illustrator, photoshop and indesign at least):

  2. Find/Replace Fonts hangs/spins/beach balls when try to replace with system font

    Find/Replace Fonts hangs/spins/beach balls when trying to replace missing font with system font. This also happens when trying to viewing any of the local system fonts. Can only force quit Illustrator and cannot replace the missing font. If you open the NHS Spring VG 2023 Quarter Page Ad.pdf file in Illustrator and try to substitute the font with the Adobe Font GarageGothic it is not possible. - macOS Monterey Version 12.5.1 Apple M1 chip with Adobe Illustrator 2023 version 27..1.1

  3. PNG import broken

    Illustrator 25.4.8. (on macOS 10.14.6) can't import PNG files any more. For PNG files that have already been placed in previous versions, Illustrator reports a broken link and doesn't allow to relink. (PNG import worked fine in the previous version of Illustrator.)

  4. Using Color Guide causes Illustrator to crash

    When selecting a harmony rule in the "Color Guide" window Illustrator crashes time and time again. I'm running Illustrator v.27.4.1 on an M1 running Ventura 13.2

  5. All menu item shortcuts are grayed out

    Illustrator 2023, v27.7
    MacOS Ventura 13.2.1
    Wacom intuos pro
    Apple Magic Mouse

    at some point, all the shortcut menu items became grayed out...I can USE the actual shortcuts like CTRL+X and CTRL+V
    i can select the commands in the menu and get them to work...but it's weird... not sure if it is associated with other weird behaviors like not being able to select and move an object?

  6. The layers of my project have disappeared

    The fact is that I was working and when performing an action, all the layers of my workbench were deleted. Neither cntl + Z, nor file recovery, nor the files in data to recover a past version help me.

  8. Illustrator 27 packaging bug

    Mac OS Big Sur 11.7
    Adobe Illustrator 27
    Mac mini M1

    Package command destroys filenames and replaces links with others. That's catastrophic for my job. Please fix it as soon as possible.
    Also, could not upload files for helping you reproduce the issue.

  9. ヒストリー項目が正しく表示されない

    問題の説明:
    MacOS10.15.7　IllustratorCC ver.26.4.1

    オブジェクトは複製されますが、ヒストリーパネル上では「取り消し」となります。

    再現手順:
    1. ダイレクト選択ツールを選び、アートボード上のオブジェクトを選択
    2. キーボードのリターンキーを押し移動ダイアログを開く
    3. コピーボタンをクリックする
    4. ヒストリーパネル上では「取り消し」と表示されるがオブジェクトは正常にコピーされる

    実際の結果:
    ヒストリーパネル上で「取り消し」と表示

    期待された結果:
    「コピー」と表示される

    回避方法:
    ありません。

    その他…
    ・編集→カラーを編集
    ・リピートオブジェクトの編集処理
    ・グラデーションツールによる処理
    ・ブレンドツールをダブルクリックしてブレンドオプションダイアログを開き変更を適用する

    これらも「取り消し」と表示されます。

    ツールバー下部、塗と線に下にある塗り、グラーデーション、塗りなしのパッチをドロップして「塗」「線」を設定しようとするとヒストリーパネルでは「取り消し」になります。

    段落パネルの多くの機能（インデント・段落前後あき以外）とOpenTypeパネルは項目が二重に追加されたりします。
    全般的にヒストリーパネルの表示はおかしいです。

    I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 27.0.0 which is available worldwide now.

    Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

  10. Tool bar and windows not visible on start up

    Illustrator doesn't show any toolbars/widows when it is starting up. Also, it's not possible to create a new document.

  12. Version History Panel not displaying any content (previous versions, bookmarked, etc.)

    Problem:
    Version history panel is not displaying any content for my cloud documents (.aic), such as previous saved states, bookmarked, or even a prompt that it cannot save or no states exist. This is happening for all my existing AND new files. This only started happening on the latest illustrator update.

    My setup:
    Macbook Pro M1, OS Ventura 13.3.1
    Adobe Illustrator 27.4.1

    What I've tried to do:
    - Restart Creative Cloud and Macbook
    - Create and save a new .aic file

  13. There's a problem creating a NEW link to share the document after the initial link has been created.

    If you open an exiting document that has been shared with a link, resave the file with a new name, make changes, then try to create a new link, you will get an error.

  14. SVG export Illustrator 27.6.1 and 27.7 not created

    Bonjour,

    Dans les versions 27.6.1 et 27.7 sur PC Windows 10, quand j'exporte mon fichier en utilisant Fichier>Exporter pour les écrans, je n'ai aucun fichier SVG créé. Rien.

    J'ai réinstallé la version 27.5 et çà marche.

    In versions 27.6.1 and 27.7 on Windows 10 PC, when I export my file using File>Export for screens, I have no SVG file created. Nothing.

    I reinstalled version 27.5 and it works.

  15. Placing Linked PDF file with "Show Import Options > Crop to:", placement doesn't obey the option selected

    On the latest update to Illustrator (early July 2023), when placing a PDF with "Show Import Options", no matter which option is picked (Art, Crop, Trim, Bleed, Media), it always places to the crop/artboard, even though there is bleed set and larger media/artwork beyond the artboard in the PDF.

    hi all,
    when i dragNdrop a vector group in the window "export files", illustrator add big space at the top and at the right of the vector group. On hard drive, i obtain a big picture with a lot of space.
    After several tests, the window "export for files" exports correctly artboards but no files !!??
    I use in this picture, deform texte with a vector behind.
    i install the last version of illustrator.
    i work on OSX Monterey.

    Colourproof is not available (OS 10.15.7 / AI 27.4.1) as preview mode in RGB or CMYK – doesn´t matter. tested various documents.

  18. Pantone colors are printing blank when printing from Illustrator using Photoshop DSC.EPS

    While trying to print artwork with spot colors from Adobe Illustrator the color in the 2nd channel will always print blank regardless of what print device or setting that is used. I have included the DSC EPS files as well as the AI files and the subsequent print of the file as a pdf. Whichever pantone color is placed in location 2 of the channels in Photoshop will print blank. This is a bug that has popped up since Pantone pulled it's colors from Adobe and the Pantone colors automatically are changed to black.

  20. Charter font is misrendered at small sizes

    The Italic version of the Charter font that comes standard on macOS is misrendered at small sizes by several Adobe programs, including Illustrator and Acrobat.

    Steps to reproduce on macOS:

    1. Create some text in a new document, ideally including the character "A"
    2. Set the typeface of the text to Charter Italic
    3. Simply zoom out until the "A" is shown with obvious artefacts. Zooming in again resolves the issue. See attached screenshot of the same text rendered at larger and smaller sizes, for comparison.

    Notes:
