  1. Changing the size of a graphic will not remain stable and does not maintain it's location point.

I have a graphic that uses the top-left as the alignment reference point. It is on an artboard that is positioned in whole numbers (no decimals).

    I want it to be at X: 20px and Y: 20px
I want it to be W: 700px or Y: 700px (either one not both)
I do not want the position of X or Y to change from 20px.
I want to maintain whole numbers

    What happens instead:
When I resize the graphic it will not maintain a whole number and it changes the position/location of my reference point. I have snap to…

  2. Problem merging dates from CSV into graph

When merging data into an Illustrator file to create a batch of bar graphs based on a group of CSV files, numerical dates merge into the graph data as numbers with decimals instead of dates. A 6/30/16 date merges into Illustrator as 6.00 and 12/31/16 becomes 12.00, so every date with the same month appears the same. This also messes up the graph, leaving the chart with two categories instead of one of the data columns being assigned to the x-axis.

This includes when dates are formatted (in Excel) as text, and when the dates include hyphens or periods…

  3. dots (.) on units

when typing units, in any case (like sizing a square, or the width of a line), we were able to use the dot (.) for decimals, now it only reads the commas (,). So if i create a square (or any other object) and type on size something as: 3.5mm, it reads it as 35mm, if i want a 3.5mm square, i need to type 3,5mm (with a comma).

it is more practical to accept the dot, since it is right there at the numpad on the keyboard.

can we go back to that?
