  1. BRUSHES DUPLICATE

    If duplicate an existing brush (calligrafic on user choice) to change settings is unable to save the new one. The button SAVE doesn't work.

  2. Bug: After a little while, you can't pick colors from your color library.

  3. スタティックシンボル化した画像にドロップシャドウが反映されない

    詳細：

    「オブジェクト」メニューからのラスタライズや
    リンクの埋め込みなどで画像となったオブジェクトをシンボル（スタティック）登録し、
    効果「ドロップシャドウ」をかけたところ、見た目に反映されず無視されました。
    同じスタイライズメニュー内の「光彩」も同様の結果です。

    しかし、もう１つドロップシャドウを重ねると、今度は２つ重ねた結果が表示されました。
    目玉マークでどちらの効果を消しても、１つだけだと無視されます。
    「ドロップシャドウ」「光彩」の混在も、合わせて２つだと重ねがけの結果が現れます。
    同じスタイライズメニュー内の「ぼかし」は１つでも反映され、本件に関わらない挙動でした。

    暫定的な回避策：
    ＊画像化したシンボルに対して「効果」メニュー内から擬似的な「ラスタライズ」をかける
    ＊シンボルの種類を「ダイナミック」に変える
    ＊シンボル化（リンク）を解除

    スタティックシンボル化した画像に限定されるアピアランス結果が現れることはもちろん
    そもそも１つ目の効果が無視されること自体が問題です。
    また、すでにIllustratorフォーラムで識者の皆さまにご意見を伺いましたところ
    自分以外の環境下でも同様の結果が再現できております。（下記リンク参照）
    従って、本件の内容がバグや不具合にあたるものとしてご報告させていただきます。

    同じ現象を再現確認した環境は以下のとおりです。

    Illustrator 26.5.2／macOS 12.6.3
    Illustrator 26.5.2／Windows10 pro
    Illustrator 27.3.1／Windows10 21H2
    Illustrator 26.5.3／Windows10 21H2
    Illustrator 22.1／Windows10 21H2
    Illustrator 27.3.1／macOS 11.7.4

  4. Text selection issue with threaded text frames

    Trying to select text in the second column of a threaded text frame is impossible. The selection always jumps to select the text in the previous text frame. In the video example I uploaded - I'm simply trying to select just the top paragraph in the middle column - but it keeps highlighting the text in the linked text frame on the left column. I can never just select the top 3 lines in the middle column.

  5. Tools Panel bug

    When I hover the mouse over the tools, a box opens to the right side but it is not showing the tool's features properly and is mixing with information about other tools. Please see the screenshot attached.

  6. Eraser and smooth tools are not working

    The eraser and smooth tools are not working. When I select eraser, either nothing happens or it draws a black line where I try to erase.
    Nothing happens with the smooth tool. Also, there is no shortcut for the smooth tools.

  7. Modalità contorno

    ho problemi con la modalità contorno. Quando la attivo, Illustrator mi mostra sempre l'anteprima (sia con CPU che con GPU) anche se la modalitrà controno risulta effettivamente attiva. Ho controllato anche le impostazioni del documento su "imposta documento", ma la voce "mostra immagini con metodo contorno" è comunque disattiva. Inoltre quando risulta attiva, anche se non lo è veramente, non riesco a muovermi all'interno del documento e praticamente si "fissa" finchè non attivo nuovamente la modalità anteprima.

  9. Illustrator v. 27.3.1 wont open from Creative Cloud

    When i try to open Illustrator from the Creative Cloud App, it simply wont open the program. It appears in the taskbar with AI logo, but nothing happens.
    Please help, im working with a deadline :)

  10. Bug Report: Chinese Character Multiplication and Overlapping in Adobe AI Version 27.3.1

    The latest version of AI, version 27.3.1, has a bug that causes Chinese characters to multiply and overlap when typing without pressing Enter. This issue was not present when reverting to the previous version. Please fix this bug as soon as possible.

  12. Grey borders appear on rectangles when exporting to PNG (scaled)

    When exporting an artboard to PNG (File > Export > Save for web), dark borders randomly appear, especially on light coloured rectangles.
    – "Type Optimized" gives better results than "Art Optimized" (although the issue is originally not type related), but still not 100% perfect in certain cases (shadows...).
    – The issue depends very much on the exact export resolution. In my case, I export 1600x900 artboards to 1920x1080 PNG files, i.e. a 120% ratio, which seems to be the worst case. 110%, 121%, 130%, 150%... do not cause the same borders on coloured rectangles. Actually, in some cases, if I…

  13. Certain shapes make illustrator change from GPU to CPU. Can't change back until a fresh reinstall.

    I created this glass effect on my laptop and exported it to drive to download onto my PC. It opens normally with GPU preview but it switches to CPU if I zoom into my work. After some experimenting I found out it's only because of my shapes that create the glass effect. It affects both my laptop and PC. Laptop uses 1660 Max Q, not intergrated graphics.

    It also affects other files (not consistent), that I open at the same time. Other files that are affected can't be changed back to GPU preview despite reopening the files individually. PC restart…

  14. Illustrator becomes extremely slow with more than 20 artboards

    Currently there are massive slowdowns when adding artboards. Once I get above twenty, even if there are only simple vector graphics are text it get extremely slow. Please fix, thanks.

  15. color doesn't reflect to the object except black and heavy color in all color modes

    the colors pnale is going very weired it only color the dark colors only and when trying to change to lighter colorit wondnt respond.
    pleas note this error ocured in any color mode. and the color slider interact differently than mouse cursor.

  16. PMS LAB swatch in Library changes to CMYK when used

    I’m having issues with my Pantone swatch in Adobe Illustrator’s Library. The swatch is saved to the Library with LAB settings, but when I select it it converts to CMYK forcing me to change it back to LAB and reenter the values every time I use it. I have hundreds of files that need Pantone colors which makes it a waste of valuable time. Also, I’m using Illustrator 2023 (27.3.1) and Mac OS (10.15.7).

  20. Ink value changes to 0 while adjusting color

    When selecting multiple items with a different color mix, values changes to 0 when adjusting a single ink while it shouldn't change. In older versions this doesn't occur.

    In the screencap, the Cyan value changes to 0 so the colormix changes completely.

    Operation version: MacoOS Ventura 13.2.1
