  1. Constantly crashing.... why should I pay for this software when it causes me so many problems?

    The v25 update constantly crashes. I tried the 1st version, had to go back to v24 after many crashes and much lost work/time. Then, when you supposedly fixed the crashing problem (v25.01), I tried it today and, of course, I lost a bunch of work when it crashed. Back to v24...... Won't go back to v25 until you really fix the problem. Also considering other software as a replacement for Illustrator..... I pay a lot for this software--why should I? Give me a good reason to stay with Illustrator......

  2. Dimensions (globally) do not display accurately after recent update to v25.0.1 - CRITICAL ERROR

    I'm experiencing a critical issue that has me halted on a current project. This occurred after recently updating Illustrator to 25.0.1. I've been working on a file with precise dimensions for all shapes and lines, and suddenly dimensions for all shapes and lines are globally incorrect (or are displaying as such). After typing in exact dimensions for creating a rectangle with the rectangle tool, a "10 mm x 10 mm" square becomes "10.1764 mm x 10.1764 mm". This is a critical error, and has halted me from continued work on my current project. Expedited help is greatly appreciated.

  4. Can't create 4th artboard

    Everytime i try to add artboards, somewhat AI skip 4th artboards, and just straight to 5th artboard, so when i add artboards again, there would be 2 5th artboard, and only the second one exported (if it exported)

  5. Please fix the .ai file saving in the latest version of Adobe Illustator

    Here is a screen capture of the Creo file it is saving as even though .ai format has been selected:

    It takes saving twice (see links to 6 steps0 to finally get an .ai file:

  6. ACTION FAILURE!!

    modify the action:
    If you create an action to save for web with PNG file, Illustrator don't override the save command and nche the action take the same name of the file in the action.

    try to open 5 or 6 files and create the action:
    New action > save for web > save (and stop action)
    Now use it on the other opened files...

    If you have more and more files like me and your client ask you to export the file only in png it's impossible to use this action!

    The only way is to save files one…

    2. Objekte erstellt

    Breite- und Höhenwert funktionieren nicht mehr bei mehrfach Markierung.

    Breite ist immer 16383!

    Zusätzlich sind einige Wörter nach dem update von v24 auf v25 auf Englisch

  8. ein unbekannter Fehler ist aufgetreten

    Wenn man .ai abspeichern möchte, kommt plötzlich die Meldung "Ein unbekannter Fehler ist aufgetreten" und die Datei lässt sich nicht mehr abspeichern.

    When I've opened even unmodified adobe illustrator files, the color wheel freezes my computer often.

  10. Color Libraries not switching correctly

    When switching from different Color Libraries, before I could click on the arrow to select a different library and have it open immediately.

    Now I have to collapse the color library panel in between in order to select a different color libraries, then collapse again to select it, then collapse again and reopen to get it to activate.

  12. Bottom docked panel gets collapsed when toggling Full Screen Mode

    Bottom panel (Currently Layers or Artboards) disappears in Full Screen mode. Opening manually from Window > Layers or hotkey (F7) does not work. Will also disappear when a panel directly above is selected. Need to select the panel at top of stack to make the bottommost panel appear.

  13. It didn't open, there' s a message of unknow error

    I just subscribed, installed all the desired programs, including illustrator, and it just won't open, I don't know what's going on, I've reinstalled it about 5 times but the same error appears, I need help.

  14. Memory Error when using alt key to duplicate or pull from libraries

    I am using windows 10 on a pc. This is in regards to adobe 2021

    When I go to duplicate an object using the alt key, I get an error message saying I do not have enough memory to complete the action. I also can't use the alt key to drag things from my libraries. I do not get this message when I use ctrl C and ctrl V. I also do not get this message if I right-click on the items in my library and place them. It's only when I use the alt key function.

  15. Can't save a file as PDF due to Courier font licensing issue

    Get this message when trying to save file as PDF

    The font Courier could not be embedded in the PDF document because of licensing restrictions. Stroked text will not be visible.

  16. CC Library funktioniert nicht mit MBP 13" Apple Silicon

    Ai gibt die Fehlermeldung, dass Elemente aus der Library nicht gefunden werden können und neu verknüpft werden müssen. Diese Elemente sind aber vorhanden. Neu in ein Dokument gezogene Library-Elemente werden sofort nach dem Platzieren als fehlerhaft markiert. Das gleiche Dokument, gleiche Library, gleiche Illustrator-Version auf einem anderen Mac (Intel) unter Catalina funktioniert tadellos. Reproduzierbar nur auf dem M1 MBP unter Big Sur.

  17. Traductions manquantes lors de certains démarrage

    Bonjour,

    Lorsque j'ouvre un projet enregistré sur mon ordinateur ou un document en effectuant l'action : clique droit => ouvre avec => Illustrator CC 2020 le projet (ou le document) s'ouvre dans un Illustrator qui n'est pas complétement traduit en Français.

    Si les barres de menus sont bien traduites ainsi que le contenu des menus ; les options se trouvant dans le ruban de droite sont encore écrites en anglais (onglets Propriétés / Bibliothèque ...).

    Je vous joins un fichier pour constater le problème.
    Je reste à votre disposition pour tout complément d'informations.

  18. Befehl "Speichern" wir von Befehl "Speichern unter" abgebrochen

    Mojave 10.14.6
    Illustrator 2021

    Seit dem letzten Update stoppt Illustrator das Speichern (Cmd+S) ohne jegliche Warnung, wenn man vor Ende des Speichervorgangs "Speichern unter" (cmd+shift+S) wählt.

    Das ist wahnsinnig riskant, da man im Grunde IMMER gleich nach dem Speichern ein PDF mit "Speichern unter" erzeugt. Ich habe mittlerweile an die 10 Dateien so verloren... bis mir der Fehler aufgefallen ist.

  20. Select all doesn't work unless you clic anywhere first

    I can't select all anymore unless I clic somewhere first.

    I have to vectorise many Illustrator files and my keyboard shortcuts make it happens fast. Until an update forces me to clic somewhere first, if not, the keyboard shortcut simply don't work. That was not the case before.

    I'm on windows 10 and last Ai version (25.0.1 64 bit)
