Cursor navigating with arrow keys not moving
When modifying text, the cursor no longer moves with the arrows (left, right, up, down) on keyboard. I have to click with my mouse everytime now.
This just occurred today. Please help!

Transform Panel: Tabbing issue causes Y value to be ignored.
Using the Transform Panel to input X value then tabbing to the Y value doesn't accept the new Y value.

Illustrator crashing repeatedly
Since upgrading to the previous release of Illustrator (current version 22.0.1) Illustrator has been crashing repeatedly. Sometimes for no reason, but most frequently on Save (Cmd+S or menu item). This occurs roughly 30 times per day.
Since updating to 22.0.1 when Illustrator crashes it also deletes all preferences in eluding keyboard shortcuts, user interface settings, file handling, performance - all of it.
Every time the programs crashes it leaves [random string].tmp files in the original files location.
I have tried a complete uninstall and reinstall on Illustrator, a seperate complete uninstall and reinstall of Creative Cloud and all apps -…

Colors for child items in Layers panel don’t get updated when a color of their parent layer is changed
If you have a layer twirled open with a custom layer color and you switch to a new layer color the child objects don't change color in the layer panel. They do show up if you twirl up and down the layer contents.

can't paste object. the requested transformation....
the image is 5 inches, and I'm pasting into a several page 8.5 x 11 document.... really can't tell you how much time I'm wasting, and I'm very irratated.

Libraries panel not loading. Signed in but Creative Cloud Library saying signed out!
Signed into cloud but message in illustrator Libraries panel gives message "to use Creative Cloud Libraries please sign in to Creative Cloud"

Expanded shapes get an additional redundant anchor point
Example:
1. Draw a square with a stroke set to the inside or outside (doesn't matter which as long as the stroke isn't centred)
2. Expand the square and instead of the 8 anchor points you would expect the compound shape to have, the expanded square has 10 anchor points.
The top right corners have 2 anchor points each, created directly on top of each other.This happens with ANY shape with corners and a stroke that isn't centred.
You can't see the extra anchor point directly because it is in exactly the same location as the correct anchor point.

Image Trace only creates a white box
The "Image Trace" function only creates a solid white box, regardless of what image trace option I select.

SVG Export
AI 22.1. 64-bit Windows 10
The SVG export is much better in this new version of AI. However, on some art boards it is still missing some components. However, if I select the art board, then choose Save As SVG, it displays the components, but it is a much larger file. I will upload this AI file, which has 12 art boards. It is Art Board #11 that is not exporting properly when I press Ctrl+Alt+E. This image has 6 green bars, but 3 of those bars are not showing up in the image. Emoji rendering issues
- Some emojis like 🎉or 😟show up as two undefined glyphs when pasted from the clipboard.
- However, the 😟 will show up when inserted from the Glyphs palette.
To replicate, simply copy/paste these emojis on a text using the Apple Color Emoji font.

Grid snapping don't work on an internal point
It's not really Smart Guides, take a path drawn freely. After activating the grid, if you want to align an internal point of the path to a point grid you can't. The magnetism applies only on a bounding box of the path, not on the point you show.

Type On Path bug with OpenType-SVG fonts
- Apply a text to a curved path.
- Apply a color font like Trajan to the curved text. This results in incorrect glyph rotation.
- The rotation issue is no visible with CFF glyphs.

Strokes rendering with varying thicknesses
When drawing strokes, often the curves and lines have varying thicknesses. This is not the normal issue that arises from normal pixelation from physical limitations of a monitor.
The attachments show a zoomed in and out of the areas.
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64 bit

Pathfinder resets the transformation of a gradient
I have an ellipse with radial fill and I want it to be partially cropped by rectangle.
I select both rectangle with no fill, intersecting my circle, and apply Divide from Pathfinder.
I expect middle part to have gradient, positioned as uncut circle, but it becomes clear.
If i swap order of these objects, middle part has gradient, but AI resets it's position.

unknown error (CANT)
I am working in the image trace to remove the white background of my jpeg photo and it gives me the unknown error (CANT). Please advise what to do. thanks.

Zoom to mouse location
Prevously when you zoom with the Mouse (magic Mouse 2) it would zoom to the location of the pointer. Now it seems to just zoom to a random point. I move the mouse pointer and it still zooms to the random point. I want to hover my mouse somewhere and then zoom to that position like previous.
12 votesPlease try to disable Preferences > Selection & Anchor Display > Zoom to Selection option and see if it solves the problem.

Adobe Illustrator is Changing the Colors Defined in My Swatches?
I am trying to create a color swatch library that mages the Pantone color manage applications values... But I am noticing when I define a specific swatch and then reopen it the values are different then what I orginially entered.

In a Group (Isolation mode), cannot set a sub-Group as key-object for alignment
Illustrator CC 2018
Windows 10I have a Group, containing other sub-Groups.
I enter Isolation mode by double-clicking on the Group.
Once inside, I select all sub-Groups and want to set one of them as key-object for alignment. I can't.

Selecting font for styled text
While trying to change the font of a styled text box by scrolling throgh the font list, the list glitches and closes. Sometimes selecting a different font randomly and sometimes there font of the text box stays the same.
