  1. Bug - Cannot access Hands on tutorials

    I was doing the hands on tutorials and then I loaded into the app and the section for them was gone in my tutorials tab. I found the webpage online that allows me to launch hands on tutorials from browser https://www.adobe.com/learn/illustrator?tutorialType=inApp&learnIn=1 and it leads to the screenshot provided. I would love to be able to continue doing the hands on tutorials. I ensured that I have no VPN installed, I updated graphics drivers, and reinstalled Illustrator to no avail.

  2. モノクロになってしまう

    illustrator2025
    Windows11

    Adobeクラウドに保存していたものを開くと「プレビューを終了できません。指定した処理を実行できませんでした」というポップアップが出てしまい、保存していたものがモノクロになってしまって編集もできない。クラウドの一覧で見ると正常そう。

  3. Illustrator "froze" when adjust object in transform panel

    1. Mac Mini 2024 (Sequoia 15.5)
    2. Adobe Illustrator 2025 (29.6.1)
    3. Tried moving the selected object using "Transform" panel - X,Y value
    4. Adjusted the "Y value" by 1mm - the app dialog "Progress - Transforming Objects..." pop up and nothing happen, app just froze.

  4. Crashes immediately when adding a leader before a "tate-chu-yoko" text in vertical orientation

    Guaranteed immediate crashing upon adding a leader in the Tabs panel to a tabbed gap right before a character that's set as tate-chu-yoko.
    Now I have to use bad workarounds just to circumvent this...
    Hope it gets fixed soon.

  5. 表示用に埋込んだ日本語OTFが表示されない

    macOS14.7.2/27inch iMac/i5/32GB/1TB
    Illustrator ver.29.3

    再現手順
    1.新規ドキュメントを開き任意のテキストを入力し日本語OTFフォントを指定する。
    2.「ファイルプレビュー用に許可されたフォントを埋め込む」チェックボックスをONにして保存して閉じる。
    3.指定したフォントをアンインストールする。
    4.先のドキュメントをIllustratorで開く。
    5.プレビュー用に埋め込まれたフォントが表示に利用されない。

    期待する結果
    埋め込まれたフォントを利用してオリジナルの体裁が表示される。

    実際の結果
    ドキュメントのDictionaryに含まれる「Embeded Font Binary Data」にはエンコードされたフォントが保存されるが、ドキュメントを開いた際に利用されない。

    いくつか検証しましたが、WesternフォントやCJKであってもTrueTypeであればプレビュー表示されます。AdobeFontに含まれる日本語フォントやモリサワのOTF等がドキュメントに含められているにも関わらず表示に利用されません。
    フォントのファミリー名やスタイル名の処理に問題があるように思います。

  6. 文字組みアキ量設定の動作不良

    1.お使いのオペレーティングシステムおよび Adobe Illustrator (デスクトップ版) のバージョン
    Windows10、Adobe Illustrator28.7.1

    2.問題が発生したときに実行していた手順
    Illustrator28.5以前で作成した添付の文字組み設定を、Illustrator28.7.1で開き、移動するなどすると前カッコが移動する。
    添付資料の文字組み設定を利用したテキストで、全角丸開始カッコのみ移動する。
    他の全角カッコでは問題なし。
    複数のPCで同様の症状が出る。

    添付資料を確認ください。

    1件のデータ内に、上記の文字組み設定利用有無の文字列が混在しており、同様のデータが100件以上あります。大変困っています。
    現状は、Illustrator27.9.5で対処しています。

  7. Message d'erreur à la création d'un motif dans illustrator

    Lorsque je veux créer un motif d'après une illustration vectorielle que j'ai réalisée sous illustrator, j'ai un message d'erreur : "impossible de définir un nouveau motif d'après l'illustration active."

  8. Glyph substitution not working in v28.7.1

    In v28.7.1, if the formatting of the character immediately before a glyph substitution is different, the glyph substitution does not work, and the default glyph is displayed instead. This bug occurs just by opening an ai file from a previous version. It's an extremely serious bug.

    v28.7.1では、グリフ置換の直前の文字の書式が異なると、グリフ置換が機能せず、デフォルトのグリフが表示されてしまいます。このバグは、以前のバージョンのaiファイルを開いただけで発生します。非常に深刻なバグです。

  9. Installed Fonts not showing

    Previously installed fonts not showing anymore. Says the fonts are missing but it worked previously and maybe 1 in 10 times it will have no error and the fonts will show. These fonts exist on my PC so it's not a cloud issue as far as i can see.

  10. 新規ワークスペース　クラッシュ

    Illustrator：29.4(64bit)
    OS：windows11

    ウィンドウ→ワークスペース→新規ワークスペース　を作成するとクラッシュする。
    クラッシュから復元した後、同名のワークスペースが二つ存在している状態。

  11. 異体字グリフがプレビュー用に保存しても表示されない

    再現手順
    1.新規ドキュメントを開き任意のテキストを入力し適当な単語を入力し一部のキャラクタを選択して異体字に変更する（異体字を含むフォントを指定すること）。
    2.「ファイルプレビュー用に許可されたフォントを埋め込む」チェックボックスをONにして保存して閉じる。
    3.指定したフォントをアンインストールする。
    4.先のドキュメントをIllustratorで開く。
    5.異体字が指定されたキャラクタが「notdef」グリフで表示される。

    期待する結果
    埋め込まれたフォントを利用してオリジナルの体裁が表示される。

    実際の結果
    異体字を指定した部分がnotdef（U+0000）にフォールバックする。

  12. Upon reopening Ai files, it shows that fonts are missing when they aren't

    To fix the "error" I have to navigate to Adobe fonts, uninstall each font one by one, as uninstalling a font family all at once doesn't fix the issue, then individually reinstall each font. Super tedious and taxing to workflow. Issue is across multiple files, all that I have created on the same device that presents the "missing font" dialogue so I know it isn't a file issue. Please fix.

  13. Template Layers Still Visible on Export for PNG and JPG

    I am creating a logo package for a client and am attempting to export multiple logos / graphics with transparent backgrounds using the export panel. I've already confirmed multiple times that my PNG settings include transparency and that the View > Overprint Preview setting is unchecked. My background layer is set to non printing, however any PDF or PNG I export includes a visible background layer. I can completely hide this layer to avoid exporting it, but then I can't see my artwork correctly. The whole point of non printing layers is to see them when you are designing without…

  15. 画像トレースのパスが粗すぎる

    手書きの線画を画像トレースで取り込む時、パスが粗すぎて手書きのニュアンスが消えてしまいます。
    以前のバージョンまでは、細かくトレースされていました。
    イラスト制作が主な仕事なのですが、仕事に使用する上で致命的な欠点です。
    仕方がないので、まだ以前のバージョンを使用しています。
    早急に改善をお願いいたします。

  16. New document page dimensions resetting as I'm typing them

    Create a new document, type in desired page width, press tab to go down to the height field and suddenly it's reverted back to what was in those fields previously. Have to go back and re-enter the correct dimensions.

    Been having the same issue here for a little while. Just been dealing with it, but it's rather frustrating.

  18. 「グリッドを表示」と「アウトライン表示」を同時に選択するとクラッシュする事象

    illustrator v29.7.1にて、「グリッドを表示」と「アウトライン表示」を同時に選択すると即座にクラッシュする。

    ＜環境＞
    Mac studio(macOS Sonoma 14.7（23H124） / A2 MAX)

    v29.7.1以前のバージョンでも起きていたかは不明です。
    特に困るような症状ではないが、一発クラッシュなので。

  19. Morisawa Fontsの和文バリアブルフォントDriveFluxが使えない

    いつのバージョンからかMorisawa Fontsの和文バリアブルフォントDriveFluxが急に使えなくなりました。macOS 15.6、Illustrator 2024 29.7.1を使用しています。2024の最初の方は使えてたんですが、どこかのマイナーバージョンアップで急に表示されなくなってしまいました。2025でも使えません。モリサワに相談したところ「こちらではどうしようもないのでAdobeさんに相談してください」とのことでした。ちなみにMonotypeの和文バリアブルフォントは問題ありません。ご対応お願いします。

  20. Wrong appearance of Drop Shadow effect with text object (non-English characters).

    Wrong appearance of Drop Shadow effect with text object. It looks like effect use incorrect regional standards settings separate from the text itself causing the shadow looks like complete other characters .

    Also, if you turn off BLUR in DROP SHADOW, the shadow becomes normal. And this does not happen with all fonts.
