   Je n'arrive pas à installer ce (ou autres) plug-in pour Illustrator du Marché. Je clique sur le bouton «Free» une roue de progression apparaît puis disparaît sans que rien s'installe. 2. Opening a template makes preview glitch, with garbage streaks

   I launch the Illustrator and click on open new template and the entire program freaks out and any of my previous works are cannot be made out

   Do you have the test fil you can share with the team?

   Please remove anything sensitive from it and leave only the shape with the gradient. Do not move it into another doc or make sure it uses the same color mode as the original document does.

4. In-app tutorials not opening

   I am using Adobe Illustrator 2020 24.1.2 that I downloaded from Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop.

   I am operating on a Microsoft Windows 10 Home version 10.0.18363.

   I opened the app and clicked on the in-app tutorials available in the Learn section. The tutorials that opens in browsers open just fine, it is only the in-app tutorials that do not respond in any way when clicked on.

   I expected the in-app tutorial to open and show a step-by-step tutorial by opening a new project, similar to the in-app tutorials in other Adobe apps (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, etc.).

   The actual result was that nothing happened. When the clicker was moved to the tutorial, it was highlighted and the clicker turned into a hand icon. When I clicked onto it nothing opened.

   Everything else other than these tutorials are working fine. My device and Adobe Cloud apps are fully updated, so I am confused why nothing opened when it should have.

6. Align To mode gets changed from Align To Artboard to other modes on its own

   Over the past several Major updates to Illustrator, the Align to function's Default setting keeps getting changed. I prefer to have control over that. As all past versions of Illustrator have allowed. For me: Align to Artboard.

   With the last version capable of running on HIGH SIERRA it was BROKEN AGAIN !!!!

   Adobe's response is to buy a new computer.

   My feeling is Adobe should FIX that last High Sierra version.

   In the middle of a Pandemic/Economic uncertainty, this is not the time to screw customers.

8. Individual anchor points fail to move with direct selection tool, and cannot add, delete or modify anchor points.

   Individual anchor points fail to move with direct selection tool, and cannot add, delete or modify anchor points. It happens only after a period of time working in a file. If I cut and paste the shape, the ability to manipulate the anchors returns for a time. If I close and reopen the file, the same is true. Working in the print industry, this is a big waste of time dealing with this bug. Happening on all systems in the department. Also just updated to 24.2.3, no change.

9. Default save location for "SAVE FOR WEB" in Illustrator 2020 (24.2)

   Hello,
   In version 24.2 of Illustrator the behavior of the SAVE FOR WEB (LEGACY) function has change. In version 24.1 and older, the default saving location vas the last saved location used, in version 24.2 it is the location where the Illustrator (.ai) file is located which is by default. I was wondering if this is a bug or voluntary choice because it affects my work flow considerably even if it may seem like a small detail. I understand the value of saving by default where the Illustrator (.ai) file is located, but I would like to choose the method I prefer. For the moment I have regresed to version 24.1.

10. Distribute objects doesn't work properly now

    Illustrator updated the other day (as did Photoshop and InDesign). When I select a group of objects to distribute evenly it changes the overall area to something much more narrow. I am now having to place each object by hand. Please fix.

11. Measurements of objects

    OS X 10.15.6, Illustrator 24.2.3

    I guess it is a new feature so that it works like in Indesign. That is at least annoying, at worst horribly dangerous for users who work with exact measurements:
    You draw a path and make it 100 mm x 100 mm. By adding an outline of 5 mm the new measurements are 105 mm x 105 mm. I know that is the way to work with in an optical way, but if you want to have the path itself 100 mm x 100 mm, then that really sucks.
    Suggestion would be a checkbox (or something similar in the preferences of the programme) for users to decide whether they want the contour to be added to the measurements or leave it the way it was working for the last decades (path is the measure no matter what kind of contur, brush, effect etc. is added to the object).

    In Illustrator, you can select objects that lie underneath other objects using Ctrl+click (Windows) or Command+click (Mac OS). The pointer changes to Select Behind on the first Ctrl+click (Windows) or Command+click (Mac OS). On subsequent usage of Ctrl+click (Windows) or Command+click (Mac OS), the selection iterates through the objects directly underneath the pointer position.

13. Objects become locked

    Objects become locked in place for no reason - no object is set to lock.
    This happens randomly when working with objects / shapes / strokes.

    The only way to get rid of the issue is to restart Illustrator.

14. Illustrator 2019, 2020 keeps crashing on a new MacBook Pro, Catalina OS10.15.4. Always crashes after computer sleep

    I just got a new MacBook Pro to replace an 11 YO iMac on which I was using Illustrator CS6. I had to switch to CC Illustrator. It crashes (about 8 times today alone)--almost always if I put computer to sleep with Illustrator open, but sometimes during work

15. Pasting and moving deletes blur and brushes

    On iMac Mojave 10.14.6 the Illustrator Update 24.2.3 is very glitchy. When pasting and moving artwork it deletes Gaussian blur and brushes from pasted artwork so then I have to redo all the work again by selecting and clicking on the appearance (see pics 1 and 2). Also when reflecting an object it defaults to an angle and not flipped as normal. Please fix, thanks.

16. Change Illustrator paste offset distance to closer to cursor inside of viewing area

    Illustrator often pastes objects randomly outside of my viewing area, and I have to zoom out and scroll over to get it. I want to change the offset distance so it pastes inside my view area, not outside of it. OR, make it paste near where the cursor is, not way off somewhere.

17. LOST DATA

    I lost my all work from last 10 days.
    What should I do now?
    All data was very important and I created by working hard days and nights. This is 3rd time happening with me from last year. I saved my work but still it is not listed there in recent works.
    Sudden error and not able to save my data sometimes. I paying for the software and I am suffering from such serious issue. Have any solution

18. Constantly crashing.... why should I pay for this software when it causes me so many problems?

    The v25 update constantly crashes. I tried the 1st version, had to go back to v24 after many crashes and much lost work/time. Then, when you supposedly fixed the crashing problem (v25.01), I tried it today and, of course, I lost a bunch of work when it crashed. Back to v24...... Won't go back to v25 until you really fix the problem. Also considering other software as a replacement for Illustrator..... I pay a lot for this software--why should I? Give me a good reason to stay with Illustrator......

    I use Windows 10, (pc) and I am completely updated with the most current Windows updates....

20. Please fix the .ai file saving in the latest version of Adobe Illustator

    Here is a screen capture of the Creo file it is saving as even though .ai format has been selected:
