    オブジェクト内の3d効果を押したところ、イラレが長時間動かなくなりました。一日経ってもそのままだった為しようがなくアプリを終了させたところ、完成していたファイルが消えていました。

  5. Keyboard Shortcuts Issue

    I've encountered a bug where keyboard shortcuts, such as Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V, and Ctrl+Z, are not functioning correctly. This issue is happening consistently.

  6. Share for review don't show the correct link for the file

    1. I shared for review a number of files, each time creating a new link for each file
    2. Now when I open the files and click share it doesn't show the correct link for that file and I can't update the link.

  7. Black objects in clipping mask are not exported to SVG

    Hi,

    I created two same artboards with rectangle and text in clipping mask (the mask is important). The only difference is fill of objects – one is black and second red. Then I exported both artboards to SVG using Export for Screens feature (setup attached, but any other setup produces same result). Red version is exported correctly but the black one creates empty SVG file.

    I checked SVG code of both files. If the object has any color except of black, code will include fill parameter for each object. But if object is black, code will skip the fill parameter…

  8. Pattern problem when making PDF

    Artist created an ILL file in 27.9 version, using Pattern Swatches and also used a transparency on that pattern in the art. When PDF is created and opened, I get an error:
    "An error exists on this page. Acrobat may not display the page correctly. Please contact the person who created the PDF document to correct the problem."

    The pattern does not display at all along with this display in Acrobat.

    I did a test and replaced my version of 27.9 ILL to version 27.0. And it works perfectly. PDF does not flag an issue and RIPS properly as well.…

  9. Error on Start up

    I am getting this error message every time I open Illustrator. Everything is working fine as usual.

  11. EPS color bug

    Adobe illustrator keeps changing the colors of .eps images that I link. Both profiles are set to RGB so that should not be a problem.

  12. Changing the Transparency removes brush

    When I have several lines applied with a Pattern Brush and change the transparency of those lines to 50%, everything is fine. As soon as I return to 100% opacity, the Pattern Brush is completely removed and I have to reapply it.

  13. Pressing Ctrl/Cmd+Enter in Color field no longer adjusts other color values proportionately with live color preview since 27.1.1

    Prior to 27.1.1, when live color changes were made, we were able to use Ctrl/Cmd+Enter after changing a value to proportionally move all other sliders, which is an equivalent of dragging a slider with Ctrl/Cmd key held.
    The face the preview is now live should not kill this old feature., since Ai surely can remember previous values.

  14. Share for a review can't update

    When I try to update the file In Illustrator so the last changes are applied I get this message: there was an error updating the artefact. It happens occasionally but when I try second time to update mostly it works. This is the first link I cannot update for a review, I have at least 10 other jobs I share with 20 other people and they all work.

  15. Zniknął pasek narzędziowy.

    Zniknął pasek narzędziowy. Z Illustratora BETA i z wersji stabilnej. Dopiero po przeinstalowaniu Illustatora w wersji stabilnej pasek narzędziowy powrócił w wersji stabilnej. W BETA nadal brak paska.

  16. Faulty upscaling of 3D object

    1. Windows 11 latest stable release
    2. Illustrator 29.9 (Desktop)
    3. I applied the 3D effect » Extrude & Bevel to my logo design then upscaled it to maximum size as I need exported large raster png of the logo design, but when I upscaled it it just couldn't handle the size as you can see in the attached screenshot below.
    4. To be able scale the 3D graphics without any limitations, damaged graphics

  17. OSX Sonoma 14.1.2 closes Illustrator 28

    I searched and couldn't find this issue. Currently using OSX 14.1.2 on a MBP.

    16-inch 2021, M1 Max, 64GB mem, Sonoma 14.1.2

    I keep getting the following error from the OS:

    "Updated required for "illustrator"
    This version of "illustrator" is not compatible with macOS 14 or later and needs to be updated. Contact the app developer for more information.

    FWIW, this happened on the 2023 version of ai as well, so I updated it to the latest 2024 just to be safe. I'm still getting the above error though, which is funny because there's nothing I could update to. So…

  18. Copied a guide line and Illustrator crashed

    When I copy a guide line, Illustrator crushes.
    Illustrator app uses all of RAM and CPU source.
    Using Ctrl+C or copy button caused this problem.

    Operating system: Windows 11, 10400+P400, 64GB RAM
    Illustrator version: 27.9 & 27.81

  19. All controls in Print dialog are disabled when printing a new file

    When I create a new doc, the first time I want to print with a predefined print settings, nothing appears cheeked in the window. No previsualization too.
    I must check "Finish" and reprint for having the normal window with all functionality.

  20. BRUSHES DUPLICATE

    If duplicate an existing brush (calligrafic on user choice) to change settings is unable to save the new one. The button SAVE doesn't work.
