Save for Web Preview
This has bugged me for a very long time. When exporting, often the image looks like it will be missing a pixel width along the edge unless you increase the image size to go over the artboard vs. exactly fitting the artboard.
I check the dimensions of the art and, for example, it's 1920x1080 perfectly aligned in the corner at x=0 and y=0, yet you can see the missing pixel along the left edge. And, if I export it, it indeed is missing the pixel.2 votes -

Cannot release origin after dragging it using Rotate tool
Cannot release origin after dragging it using Rotate tool, it sticks to the mouse pointer forever till I’m forced to shut down the program.
Windows version of Illustrator. v23.0.6

Remove popups!
Remove the popups and web links! This slows down the boot and static Illustrator screen!

Cannot grab corner handles on bounding box
Upgraded to latest version 26.5 this morning. Now, when I try and grab the corner handles on the bounding box, they flicker and disappear constantly, so cannot grab to rotate shapes or text boxes.

Workspace on start up gathers to home screen instead of second screen!
Saved custom Workspace on start up gathers to home screen instead of second screen! This has only happened since the release of Illustrator 2019 - which has been the buggiest illustrator I've dealt with - horrible results to simple functionality that has never had problems in the past. very disappointed.

Swatch border line problem.
AI 21.1.0 (64bit) Windows 10, macOS Sierra
When I apply custom bitmap swatch at object, unexpected border line display (it occurrs even in default vector swatch).

Mac OSX 10.15.3, on a MacBook Air
I have 2 screens. Built in and Cinema Display (It's stacked above).
When Illustrator is expanded to full screen on the Cinema Display, the fx button doesn't show it's menu option. If the application window is less than the full height of the screen, it shows up. Note: My Appearance panel was at the bottom of the screen, so the fx button is at the bottom of the display.1 vote -
Scaling object(s) is causing the associated bounding box to become a shape ('expanded object' appears on the screen after scaling).
Seems to be occurring repeatedly - updated/reinstalled Illustrator 2019, which had received it for a short period, but now it has re-emerged. Driving me mad! Seems to occur more with smart guides and holding the shift key.

Slow new start screen
New start screen is slow and has difficulty connecting to the cloud. I have all the latest updates of the entire CC.

Pressing Tab to Show All Palettes focuses a random third-party extension’s input on Windows

I use the Tab key a lot to hide/show panels, to instantly clear the panel clutter on the screen.
Pressing Tab activates RANDOM extension.This is bad, because I work with shortcut keys: T is for writingS for Scale, R for rotation, etc.
When an extension gets focused, I can’t call the tool I need and type something in the extension panel instead.Same thing with all the extensions below. I think all extensions behave this way. Has anyone ever paid attention?

Freeze screen
Sometimes the text boxes freeze and seem like I can't edit but actually are editable, is just I can't see exactly what I am doing.
The other thing, and is a major issue, is that the outline mode is not visible, apparently, I can activate it but there nothing changes on my screen besides the option that shows that the mode is active.2 votesPlease accept my sincere apology for the inconvenience. Home Screen shows incorrect data at start of month
At the beginning of a month, the Home Screen reports inaccurate "last modified" dates on recently opened documents. For example, on 1st March, a document last opened on 28th February is reported as having been opened "1 month ago" instead of "1 day ago".

Artboard list drops off when saving
With multiple artboards setup. "Save a copy" to EPS and select "Use Artboards" Select "all".
EPS's export fine, artboards still in there, but artboard listing drops all but top artboard. If you click around a bit, they re-appear.

Illustrator version 22.1 keeps crashing my computer.
Illustrator 22.1 (64 bit)
Windows 7Illustrator keeps glitching when used. Program will experience extreme lagging as well as leave ghost tracers as objects are dragged across the screen. Has crashed this pc twice.
Virtually unusable as it is currently running.
Problem does not happen with either Photoshop or InDesign on this pc.

Resizing a new document window is broken
When creating a new document the widow goes full screen, when I try to resize using the bottom right corner to resize window, it automatically grows larger than the screen size and can't grab the corner... then when I do get the corner back on the screen trying to resize just doesn't work well, it’s very slow and largish and half the time it won't resize it jumps back to full or only partially resizes... never did this before and it’s a pain. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please try changing the UI scaling option under preferences—>UI interface—>UI Scaling —> small. Please revert back if this doesn’t work.

Rotate and Scale Tool sometimes affects all points on a path instead of just selected points
In previous versions of Illustrator (before 2021), if you had individual anchor points selected and you used the rotate tool, it would rotate all selected points and leave unselected points stationary. This was useful for quickly editing only part of a path.
Now, in 2021, sometimes the rotate or scale tool rotates all the points, regardless if they were unselected.
Note that in my recording, the skirt's anchor points work as expected. But the sandal's points transform the whole group of objects.
