  1. 禁則処理が反映されない、トラッキングの数値が変わる

    macOS Mojave バージョン10.14.6
    CC2020 バージョン24.1で起きたバグです。

    ・テキストボックスを使用して文字組みの作業をしていました。
    ・保存後に再度開くと文字送り位置が勝手に変わっている現象が発生。
    　」←閉じ括弧が行頭に来ていたました。
    ・禁則処理は「強い禁則」に設定していた＆行頭禁則文字に同記号を設定していたのに適用されませんでした。
    ・トラッキングを-5→0に設定して文字送りを調整して保存しましたが、再度開くとまたトラッキングは-5に戻り」←閉じ括弧が行頭にある状態に。
    ・トラッキングを今度は5〜10にして文字送りを調整し保存。再度開いたら正しい状態で保存されていました。

    以上ご報告になります。

  2. Copy/Pasting Art Causes "Save Changes" Prompt When Closing File

    If I copy the art in one document and paste it into another document, I will get the "Save changes to the AI document before closing?" prompt when I attempt to close the document from which the art has been copied, even though I have made no changes.

    AI never used to do this to my recollection. It's a nuisance and causes doubts when I've been distracted from one task, only to come back and have to verify whether any changes have actually been made.

  3. Importing SVG with a linked PDF inside a symbol does not work

    Normally if you open an SVG file with an image xlink:href pointing to a ai/pdf file it links and shows the file where the image is. However, if that image is inside a symbol (I found some issues with <defs> too) it does not link and is missing entirely.

    Broken:

  4. Glitchy M1 Version. Moving Object Distorts Object Beyond Recognition

    The simple act of moving a group object is not working in the Apple Silicon version. Just clicking on it distorts it beyond usuable recognition. Video if action attached.

  5. Missing close, minimize, and maximize buttons on Mac

    I use Magnet and whenever I snap the window to the full screen (4K) the maximize, minimize and close buttons all disappear.

  6. Visual breakdown bug when zoomed in < 30000%

    In keyline and normal view, when zooming in very close, the image breaks down. This didn't happen in previous versions. The first attached image shows the image correctly, with zoom at 12750%. The second attachment shows the image 'broken down' when zoomed in further. The multitude of diagonal lines shouldn't be there (these increase when panning) and the selected line (that I'm trying to work on) should be a complete line, not an endpoint. This bug makes detailed work very difficult.

  7. Illustrator brushes disappearing

    I have existing brushes I made in Illustrator that I have used for over ten years. Suddenly today they are disappearing in my files. I've rebooted and re-set the brush. I am using a MacBook Pro 16-inch 2019, OS Monterey 12.2.1, Illustrator 26.0.3. Ever since the last big update for Mac I've been having a lot of problems in Illustrator. Please help!

  8. Illustrator not effectively handling Windows Desktop Magnification

    I have been having so many problems with Illustrator lately and just now realized that it is because of my UltraWide monitor and the fact that I have Windows Magnification set to 200%.

    This is not being handled well in Illustrator. It's making the active area around a selected item way too big. I can be 100px off of the selected item and it still wants to rotate. I try to select a point and it's nearly impossible. If you look at all of the "tolerance" bug reports, I would be willing to bet they all deal with magnification levels…

  9. The video player for tutorials defaults to the top when you open advanced recolor artwork

    I am following along with the tutorial and when I open advanced recolor artwork, the tutorial window is unclickable and jumps back to the top (so you can't follow along anymore) and I have to close out the color tab in order to scroll back down to the video. It is not a huge problem but it is a small problem. Love you Adobe!

  11. 文字組みアキ量設定や禁則処理設定を含む文字列ペースト結果が不安定

    Windows 10/11の、Illustrator Ver.25.4および26.0.2で起きる不具合です。

    1. 文字組みアキ量設定、禁則処理設定を任意で作成する
    2. それらを適用した文字列を作成する（片方だけでも構わない）
    3. 該当文字列をコピーする
    4. 新規ファイルなどにペーストする

    この場合、文字組みアキ量設定や禁則処理設定はペーストしたファイルと文字列にそのまま反映されるはずですが、反映されず、ペースト先に用意されているプリセットの設定が反映される、または設定「なし」としてペーストされます。
    何度かペーストすると反映される場合がありますが、ペースト時の挙動が不安定としての不具合にナｒいます。

  13. Illustrator freezes windows file explorer

    Ever since the last update, occasionally Illustrator will completely freeze when I'm opening a file. Additionally, after that happens, every time I try to open an adobe product file from within file explorer, it also freezes. I have to restart the system to fix this. I can double click any other file within file explorer and it will open fine, but if I try to double click on any adobe product, it doesn't matter which one, it will completely freeze. But it all starts whenever it freezes from within illustrator.

  14. Change in Text position for Type on Path

    Illustrator 24.3 vers 25.2.2 sur Mac OS 10.14.6, le texte curviligne bouge d'une version à l'autre. Créer dans Illustrator 24.3 le résultat n'est plus le même à l'ouverture en Illustrator 25.2.2

    I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 25.2.3 which is available worldwide now.

    Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

  16. Calligraphic brush adds small circles (blobbing) at the end of drawn lines

    Hi, I am having problems with calligraphic brush when I draw with my tablet (XP-Pen Deco 03)

  17. illustratorの年間契約の期限内にも関わらず、使用できなくなっている。

    illustratorの期限内にも関わらず、使う事ができない状態が続いている。起動しても、体験版を勧められる。Creative Cloud desk topでは、illustratorの新たな購入すらできない。Adobeのアプリとファイルを消したにも関わらず、何も改善されなかった。

  18. Magnifying screen redrawing flaws

    In Illustrator 2022, when I zoom in, the screen turns black and my artwork only redraws the portions where I hover the mouse, as if the display was defective.

  19. インストール時に同梱されるStartup Scriptのファイル名称が更新されていない

    OS　macOS10.15.7
    バージョン　Illustrator ver.26.0

    Illustratorをインストールした際にバンドルされるStartup Scriptである「/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Startup Scripts CC/Illustrator 2022/illustrator-20.0.jsx」ですが、このファイル名が数バージョン前から更新されていません。
    これはAdobe Bridge CCにおけるStarup Scriptの読み込みに影響を与えます。直近の2021と2020に関して書きますが、この２つはBridge起動の際にコンフリクトを起こし読み込まれません。

    対処方法
    １．ファイル名の是正
    Startup Script内の各ファイル名を変更します。Illustrator 2021内には「illustrator-20.0」フォルダと「illustrator-20.0.jsx」ファイルが存在しますが、これらをそれぞれ
    illustrator-21.0
    illustrator-21.0.jsx
    とします。
    同様に、Illustrator 2022内「illustrator-20.0」フォルダと「illustrator-20.0.jsx」を
    illustrator-22.0
    illustrator-22.0.jsx
    とします。
    また、ファイル内のXML部分もIllustratorでは全て同一の文面となっています。これはBridgeに読み込まれた場合に全て同じ表示となり、バージョンの特定が不可能になります。
    これは、以下のように「dc:title」部分を以下のようにすべきでしょう。

    <ScriptInfo xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xml:lang="ja_JP">
    <dc:title>Adobe Illustrator CC 2022/dc:title
    <dc:description>このスクリプトを使用して、他のアプリケーションと Adobe Illustrator CC 2022 を通信させることができます。/dc:description
    </ScriptInfo>

    以上の処理でBridgeがStartup Scriptを正常に読み込むようになります。

    ご報告いただきました「../Startup Scripts CC/Illustrator 2022/」 内の「illustrator-20.0」フォルダ名と「illustrator-20.0.jsx」ファイル名についての問題を macOS と Windows にて確認いたしました。

    「illustrator-20.0.jsx」ファイル冒頭のビルド情報には、「@@@BUILDINFO@@@ “illustrator-26.0.jsx”」と記述されていますので、正しいファイル名は「illustrator-26.0.jsx」と思われます。
    従いまして、フォルダ名も「illustrator-26.0」になると思われます。

    また、ファイル内部の XML部分の「dc:title」、「dc:description」のバージョン記述ですが、製品名から「CC」は削除されておりますので、「Adobe Illustrator 2022」になると思われます。

    担当エンジニアにフィードバックし、どのように修正されるか確認できましたら、こちらでご報告いたします。

  20. CPU Preview defaults even for basic usage (Macbook Pro 2019)

    CPU Preview is forced even with basic files with horrible performance. Can not choose GPU Preview after a few moment.
