Falsely claims video drivers out of date
Your last 2 or 3 updates, after updating & re-opening AI, it tells me my video card driver is out of date. I have updated everything it tells me to update, they are correct & latest versions. Still AI tells me this with a pop up stating 'I may have performance issues if I continue without updating drivers'.
I've done all I can my end, had it checked by IT guys - can you look into it please?

Toggle tool with CMD will not change back to current tool in 25.2
OS X 10.14 Illustrator 25.2
Using e.g. the pencil tool and switching temporarily to move tool will with pressed CMD key, often results in not changing back to current pencil tool after release of the CMD key.
Works fine with 25.1 but does not work properly with 25.2.
Especially while making hand drawings, where one changes often between pencil - move - eyedropper - this is quite annoying. Could you please fix this?

Illustrator reverts back to Style Elements instead of Presentation Attributes for svg
BUG:
Steps to reproduce:
- Open an SVG file.
- Save as; in the dialogue for CSS Properties select <Presentation Attributes>
- Continue working on the file, specifically by changing the art board size and other resizing activities.
- Save the file
Expected:
I expect that opening the file in a text editor will show that presentation attributes are used, such as fill=noneActual behaviour:
The file now contains style elements plus layer names that were removed have been named to Layer 12 votes -
￥マークが文字化けする
Ai2020で制作したデータだと思います。Ai2021で開いたところ、「￥」が「＼」に文字化けします。
1 vote検証を行っていますが、各バージョンで再現できませんでした。
最新リリースバージョン「ver.26.2.1」の新規作成ドキュメントで再現されるか、ご確認いただけますでしょうか？

Scale Tool dialog shows random values when real-time drawings is enabled
To recreate is problem: First enable Real-time drawing. Then draw a box. With the Scale Tool window open, uniform scale the box 400%. Duplicate that box by holding down OPTION key while click and dragging the box. Click on the second box and open the Scale Tool window: when I do this I no longer see 400% in the scale percentage, instead I find completely random numbers and sometimes it selects non-uniform. This gets annoying after a while.
10 votesI am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 25.1 which is available worldwide now.
Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

Illustrator completely freezes and the only way to fix it is to completely restart my computer
after I've been using Illustrator awhile it completely sort of freezes up, I can still move things on my art board but can't edit them or use any panels. When I click on the options they appear black until I hover over it and sometimes the editing window goes black. It doesn't let me save my document or close the program without completely restarting my computer. It has happened multiple times, I'll attach some pictures to show what I mean by it is just black.

text greyed out
Help my text is greyed out on half of the paragraph when I save it. It is supposed to be black and fades out. I do not know how to fix this, I tried creating outlines on the text and updating the app, it didn't work.

Have to sign in every time I launch Illustrator
Every time I launch program, on the same computer, same day, even if only a short time has passed, I have to sign in with Adobe Cloud credentials. I've signed out of the Creative Cloud Desktop app and signed in. Still happens after first launch. Painful.

inconsistent covert to artboard
If I attempt tp select a pattern inner boundry to convert to an artboard it doesn't always work. In fact I have to keep tapping it like some secret atari code and maybe it only takes 2 min or maybe it never happens and I have to turn off the computer before I smash it. Please make the conversion to an artboard easier, or at least make it easier to export patterns into a file for use elsewhere. Right now you have 100s of different ways to do it and they each have a problem. This was the best way,…

Will not change stroke color
I am trying to trace an object on illustrator but it will not let me change the color of the stroke, it will not even bring up the color swatches in the normal stroke panel for me to click on. I have tried resetting essentials classic, resetting preferences, and changing the view.

The Swatches panel is empty indeed, the only swatch in it is the sport RGB white. Perhaps somebody deleted them to save some file size?
If you want to have default swatches though, you can load them back.
Open Swatches panel, click the 'bookshelf' 'Swatch Libraries menu' button, locate 'Default Swatches' and choose 'Web'. Now you can select a swatch you need directly from the opened panel, or drag-n-drop a selection of swatches you need into the main Swatches panel.

Transform>Reflect defaulting to random angle
At some point in the last week (version 25.0.1) right clicking on a selection and applying "Transform>Reflect" opens up the reflect UI panel but instead of defaulting to horizontal or vertical, it's defaulting to "Angle" and a completely random number. Constantly having to correct this is a right faff.
It's tricky to recreate but has happened multiple times over the last few days. In this case reflecting a cat 50.9 degrees!?
Maybe I'm just the only one!

DWG file won't display after Open... in Ai
Want to import and edit a DWG drawing that functions perfectly on Autodesk website file preview page. (I don't use Autodesk.)
All 67 layers and hundreds of sub-layers are listed on Layers panel and selected but Ai shows only a blank white page.
System is Dell AW17 laptop with nVidia 1070 graphics; Ai reports Intel 530 graphics card 'unsupported driver' on startup but I am not using it; Windows 10 and Ai fully up to date1 vote -

Newest update of Illustrator won't let me save file name with more then 10 characters

Unchecking "print as bitmap" does not work
Basic shape artwork is printing jagged/pixelated edges. Unchecking "print as bitmap" does nothing, as the print summary still shows print as bitmap as "on". Tried setting print to 2400dpi, but lines still jagged.
Save as PDF and print with Acrobat results in beautiful smooth lines
Illustrator 25.0.1 on Mac OS 10.14.6

Export for screens
I just realised that "Asset Export" doesn't retain the CMYK colour mode. This is a huge problem. All the time I've been exporting the PDF's from my CMYK working colour mode, only to discover that my PDF's have been converted to RGB instead. Why one earth do you do this?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Curse you Adobe!!
If you don't include the ability to export files as CMYK from Asset Export, then make the darn PDF, JPG, and SVG easier to export!!!!!!!!!
Why the heck do you have to make things so **** difficult for your users?! I don't understand you!!!!!

Features we could easily do without
My idea is to limit the bad ideas. Such as "Invite to Edit." besides the fact that every good artist knows that design-by-committee yields bad designs all you have to do is send the file to the user you want to collaborate with! It's not a feature!!! We could already do it just fine and we didn't have to throw our intellectual property into a cloud which could be stolen or compromised by anyone at any time. オブジェクト（主にテキスト）が選択できない
打ち込みをしたテキストが選択できないことが多々発生しております。
その部分は印刷もできないので文字が抜けたまま出力し現場に回ってしまうという業務に支障が出ています。
保存をして落とし再び立ち上げると問題は解決するのですが毎回その動作をするわけにもいかず、必ず不具合が起こっているわけでもないので困っています。これはPCの問題でしょうか？ご回答お願いします。(著作権等の問題で一部しか画像がのせれません)1 vote追加情報をいただき、検証しておりますが、再現できませんでしたので、一旦こちらの報告の対応は終了させていただきます。

Line tool is immune to the Constrain Angle
When you set up Constraint Angle to 30 or whatever is different form 0 or 90, pick up Line tool and hold Shift, it still snaps to 0, 45, 90, 135... instead of 30, 75, 120, 165...
