Export for screens importing to After Effects as the same image
When exporting for screens the artboards save out as separate files and in Photoshop and everywhere else appear as they should, however even importing to After Effects they all appear as the same file. If I re-save them in Photoshop it fixes the problem but is a hassle for something I need to do on a regular basis. This has been the case for several years and different versions of Illustrator on different computers.

Rectangle tool draws slightly rotated rectangle
Update 24.2 - When drawing a rectangle (by selecting the rectangle tool, clicking on the artboard, and entering desired dimensions), the resulting rectangle is slightly rotated, skewed or tilted. It's not noticeable until it's viewed in outline mode.
To confirm this, I create a 1" x 1" square with the rectangle tool. Then drag the ruler origin to the top left anchor point. The transform palette confirms this anchor point is at x=0, y=0 (as expected). Then I select the top right anchor point and see that its coordinates are x=1, y=-.0022. The y-value should be 0.4 votesAs per the comment, the solution might be to check the Constrain Angle value in Preferences > General (Cmd/Ctrl + K) — it should be 0.
If you still have this issue when it’s set to 0, please comment.

svg code export issues
I export svgs from Illustrator in order to animate them. I use File - Export as - SVG. Now with version 26.1 when I export an svg, none of the layer(id names) are correct. The exported svg is naming them <svg id="a", id="b" and so on.
A temporary fix is uninstalling and reinstalling, but the issue reappears before the day is over. The previous version 26.0.3 works with no issues.22 votes -

different line thickness for rotated and unroted objects
I combined 2 horizontal bars with one vertical bar in the middle, resembling the Latin 'I'. Bar thickness was 7pix. In fields of many of these objects the unrotated I's look like having thicker bars compared to the rotated, there the bars are slim. Aliasing errors?

Export Artboards occasionally exports bleed
I'm using Windows 10, up to date as of 8th Nov 2020.
I have a new file, 85mm x 55mm. set up with a 3mm bleed. When attempting to export a JPG or PNG without the bleed (so, only the artboard visible) it still outputs the bleed area. I have tried exporting for screen, exporting with the 'Use Artboards' box both checked and unchecked. I have even reset my Illustrator preferences. No idea why this is suddenly not working in V25.0
I also get an error when attempting to export at 300DPI, which has never been an issue…

Wrong exported image size (extra pixel added) if artboard coordinates are non-integer, not pixel-perfect
In attached AI file there are 1 artboard if you just export it for Screens you will get an image size 105px × 104px, however in AI it's sized as 104x104px.
Check that X coordinate of artboard is 172.34 px, so it's float. Just change it to 172px and re-publish and image will be 104x104.So, coordinates of artboard should affect into output PNG image.
Also, should be related too:

174 votesThis issue is probably happening because the artboard dimensions are not appropriate for raster export (i.e. are in decimals).
If you make x and y values as the whole numbers in the transform panel (not in decimal), then the extra pixels will not be added to the exported image. That is the workaround, and it’s reported that it’s not always the case.
At the same time — Ai knows the size of artboards to be exported and yet it does not deliver the set sizes, which is not fair. The team is going to rethink the algorithm.

Export fails for path item with pattern stroke
Using File -> Export -> Save for Web or File -> Export -> Export For Screens (at scale greater than 1x) will give an error: "Could not complete this operation. An unknown error has occurred". This error only occurs when this particular item is visible and involved in the area to be exported.
See attached file and screenshots including that of mentioned path item.1 vote -
Can not export to png or jpg
When I try to export to jpg I get this error that comes up to lower my resolution. I have tried lowering it to 150dpi and still does not work.
When I try to export to png it comes up with an unknown error "(!now)"
This is ridiculous as I should be able to export from illustrator at any dpi without these issues as this is an expensive professional product.
16 votesPlease get in touch with us at any of the other support channels – https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html . Since this is not a generic issue that we can reproduce at our end, we will need someone to look into your machine to figure out what is going on here.

Export resolution
There is an inconsistency between illustrator and the rest of the world (Photoshop / Bridge / Finder) regarding export resolutions.
When one exports a 100px board on Ai set at 300ppi the file info shows 422 x 422 i.e. 100 * 300 / 72 on Ps an export will show as 100 X 100 which makes sense and that’s how other programs view it.4 votes -

Export window won't appear on screen, except for a few options, but they don't work
When selecting Export, the box won't show, but some options do. These options showing won't work by clicking on them or via keyboard.
Sometimes the Export box appear if I change between Desktops or screens.

Fail to export. Transparency: Other options?
Illustrator fails to export artwork correctly when "Other Options" showing under Opacity in Appearance palette. This artwork was created via legacy 3d extrude. It was also 'pathfindered' and 'eyedroppered,' the latter with Appearance checked.
Attaching screenshots showing state of palettes and result in legacy Save for Web dialog. Same result in Export for Screens. Also attaching source file.

When I export as png, application crashes
Adobe version: 22.1, OS: Windows 10 (the adobe application is on a virtual desktop for security reasons.)
From the last 2 weeks, I have not been able to export to png. This was never an issue until recently. I get a prompt for export for multiple screens. I've tried exporting it in multiple dpi (72, 192, and 300). This also crashes. I've tried choosing a single asset and exporting selection. This also results in a crash.
Please help me find a solution.
Thanks,
