Unable to Crop to Artboard when Exporting SVG's through "Export for Screens"
When exporting my artboards using Export for Screens, I'm unable to crop the artwork to the bounds of the artboard. The thumbnails that show up in the export flow look great, but the output files contain all art elements that are touching the artboard. See screenshots. Output svg attached.

Unable to export Artboards as SVG
The AI does export to SVG. I have used this constantly in the previous version, but the new version will not save the image in SVG format using the Export for Screens option.

Export for screens > SVG Exports only some of the artboards.
MacOS Mojave 10.14.6
Illustrator 24.0When I use the export for screens it doesn't export all of my artboards to SVG. I have 21 artboards and only 8 of them are being exported.
Is there any workaround for this bug?
UPDATE: It exports all the artboards but it takes a long long time. Is it normal?
Thanks

A lot of empty PNG when using Export for Screens function
When exporting with Export for Screens, many empty pngs are created in the file folder. The bug occurs completely randomly. The number of files also defies any explanation. There may be 10 or 1000 files at a time.
System: Windows 10, Illustrator v.26.0.3
New details: this bug occurs if you copy complex graphics to the clipboard. Video attached. I suspect the meshes are to blame.
Update: If you disable Clipboard Handling → Include SVG Code or clipboard log Windows, the problem disappears.

Export for Screen Window not closing after export
Hello, I am currently running a windows 8 and Adobe Illustrator 23.0.6
I tried to export multiple files to Creative Cloud Storage through the export to screens menu.
I expected the export to screens menu to close automatically after exporting the images.
However this resulted in the export to screens menu remaining on the screen and preventing me from clicking off it. Currently the only way to get rid of this menu is to close down the whole program and restart it.

Export for Screens mess up Blacks when exporting PDFs
When using Export for Screen to Export PDFs, the blacks are messed up.
Attached, you see a picture of the two PDFs opened in Edge. The left one is saved with "Save a Copy…” command. Right one is exported with Export for Screens utility.
All the blacks in AI file are 100K. For some reason, Export for Screen mess them up. The right one.
Every time I open Illustrator, half of my workday goes in debugging this kind of annoying things. I so much hate Illustrator.

Export For Screens rememebers destination location (like 24.1.3 and earlier)
EXPORT FOR SCREENS: In Version 24.2 onwards, Illustrator exports the file to the same folder as the source AI file.
If I change the destination location, it reverts back to the same folder as the source when I reload Illustrator. Before this version, it would remember the destination location. I like to keep a separate folder for all exports, separate from my AI files.

Export for screens does not remember the last folder in the export path and always defaults back to PNG after quit
When exporting for screens, I usually want SVG. When I quit and restart Illustrator, the last folder in the export path is forgotten. Additionally, Illustrator wants to export a PNG. I have to set both back to what they were before.

White is invisible in JPG after Export for screens from CMYK color space
I had an issue when Exporting from a CMYK document with the Export for Screens... Option. I exported an artboard with a white (0, 0, 0, 0) logo on a black (0, 0, 0, 100) background and it turned out as a completely black JPG. I tried to change Export settings and colors but it always turned out wrong. As soon as I changed the color space to RGB it worked correctly.

Invalid Export Location
When I "Export Selection" on an artboard, the "Export for Screens" window comes up. I select the asset, and choose the export location. No matter what location I choose I get an error upon export - "Invalid Export Location".

Export for Screens does not remember color model format settings for JPG 100, JPG 80, etc.
When Illustrator is closed, it forgets the color model that was chosen for exporting JPEGs with Export for Screens.
For reference of how this setting is accessed:
File > Export > Export for Screens
Then in the Formats area, click the gear icon.
In the column, select any of the JPG formats (JPG 100, JPG 80, et cetera).
Then there is a drop-down labeled "Color Model" that allows you to choose between CMYK, RGB, and grayscale. If you select RGB then click "Save Settings" it will remember the setting while Illustrator is open. But when you close Illustrator,…

Export for screens too slow when saving PDF multiple times
I use export for screens to export many artboards in PDF for simple vector artwork like brand assets (brandwithtagline, horizontallogo, verticallogo, symbol, brandblue, brandyellow, etc.) everytime I need to export the same file multiple times for Pantone, CMYK and RGB versions of those same artboards, but every time I export, the time it takes increases. For example: one file with 80 artboards take 0:10s to save each artboard as a separte file in Ai format, but takes 2:00s to save in PDF for first batch, then 2:50s for second batch and gets slower…

Extremely slow "export for screens" and saving
I'm suffering a performance reduction in my workflow thanks to the latest update (23.0). I usually have at least five artboards per file project--sometimes up to 20. I used to export designs within 30 seconds and now it takes up to 5 minutes.
I haven't change anything in terms of hardware or workflow. My exports are slow no matter if the file goes to the server or to my hard drive. This is driving me crazy!

"export for screens" beachball bug
I am on a M2 MBA running the latest macOS. I have a bluetooth Logitech MX master 3S. I have illustrator 28.1
When using 'Export for Screen', if I have a document with 20+ artboards, there is a scrollbar on the Artboards tab.
If I use the mouse LEFT BUTTON to drag the scrollbar or use the mouse LEFT BUTTON to click on the arrows on the scrollbar, Illustrator will beachball and I have to use Force Quit to close it.
If I use the mouse WHEEL to scroll the panel, I am able to make my selections -…

Export for Screens via ExtendScript is slow and appears to have stopped
Description:
When I run Export for Screens via ExtendScript, it slows down and looks frozen. The rainbow cursor will appear. It actually works, and will finish if I wait long enough. It seems to take about 10 times longer than running it manually from the GUI.
This is especially noticeable when exporting JPEGs. If the image to be exported is large to some extent, it will hardly progress after the progress bar reaches about 99%. CPU usage will be around 100%.
Example: When exporting 8 1700x1000px artboards at 300ppi, it takes 157.636 seconds (the weight of each…12 votesThis issue is reported to be fixed in 27.8.1.
